I really appreciate the work you do with this podcast.
It is really a breath of fresh air to listen too. Here are some of the key features I love :
    - allowing your guests to be themselves and present relevant information.
    - introducing innovative and creative solutions without extravagant marketing
    - pertinent topics and well thought out discussion points
    - extremely informative and accessible
    Thank you Julie!

Great interview Julie. Who did Coach cite in regard to fasting? Thomas C. Freed? I can't find him on a search. What's the name of the book Coach gave you?

Even though exercise (movement in general) & nutrition play a vital role towards defining health there are many other factors that need to be highlighted as well such as sleep or rest, annual medical checkups, mental, intellectual & spiritual health, social health, environmental, occupational as well as financial wellness are also essential.
Exercising & eating right are only a small part of the whole equation

Soda is a killer. It's really hard to kick the habit but if you can cut out the soda, everything else falls into place.

Used to be 3 cans of coca cola/ day + Kraft Dinner and Pizza Pockets every day. Stopped when I turned 16, and started doing Crossfit and following paleo/ keto ever since. Never felt better, even the doctor asked me what do I do lol!
