Thanks for the support, Marc!
Thanks! Keep up the great work!
That. Was. Beautiful!
Tides are turning back to where they should be. Thank you for the hard work, tolerance, and EXTREME patience with these duh duh duh's. Confident, informed, smart officers like Frank are a blessing. As soon as the officer's camera crew came into frame, I was more excited than seeing a touchdown. That was great, fight fire with fire. They stick a phone in an officers face, the officer draw his weaponized camera crew lol. Good work! Can not wait to see more of this. Lastly, I hope Frank get's his Christmas wish to see that dude smart off to a judge.

Nicely done. Kudos to Deputy Sloup for is outstanding demeanor towards this Analspastic Ment Tard.

This was definitely the best no-nonsense cop vs sovcit I've seen. Great job, officer.
I’m amazed at how a guy could be so immature and childlike but yet has no fear to talk to the police the way he did. Clearly no respect for authority.
He has his "rights" confused with his responsibilites .
I absolutely LOVE this no-nonsense Sheriff's Deputy. We need more officers like Deputy Frank here in all branches of government/law enforcement. Pinal County is very fortunate/lucky to have Deputy Frank serving in their jurisdiction.

I follow the Pinal Sherifs Office Channel and it is hilarious how Officer Frank entertains the offenders! That guy is just great!
I think that 26 miles in excess of the limit is wreckless driving. Could he not have arrested him?
I agree with how Officer Frank entertains the offenders. I also love the fact that every time he pulls people over he gives them a fatherly talking to.
The SC always wants to ask endless questions that officers are not required to answer to trip them up.
IMO Officers should just always say “if you feel something was done incorrectly you can take that up with the court”
If the officers screw up, you'll have nothing to worry about if you remained cooperative the entire time.

I just don't know what SovCits think they're up to... Maybe they believe other SovCits' tall tales of getting off Scot-free that time when they "forgot to record" the interaction? THIS is the way. So when I get pulled over my whole objective is to try to get the officer to give me a warning and let me go. This is not the way to do that. Officers are people and like to be treated as people. Respect and friendliness goes a long way.
My whole objective is to get the officer to write me the citation he pulled me over for in as expeditious a manner as possible so I can go on with my day, while admitting to nothing and giving him no further evidence with which to make argument against me (refusing to answer questions or have any discussion other than proof of ID, registration, and insurance). It’s by definition an adversarial interaction, and it’s not my job to make his job easy for him. You don’t have to be rude to accomplish this, and arguing with them out on the side of the highway is foolish, regardless of if you’re friendly or demanding. The only reason they ever give warnings in the first place is to build public perception that it might be worth incriminating yourself in the hopes you can talk your way out of it. 95% of the time if they’ve gone to the trouble of pulling you over, it’s not going to matter what you say on the street, they’re gonna give you the citation. They just want you to talk in order to make it harder to argue your way out of the ticket in front of the judge. I refuse to play that game. In fact, I’ve even gotten a warning while refusing to answer questions before. There’s no good time to answer questions from the cops without your lawyer. Not even for a traffic ticket.
Yep. If you are polite, respectful, and don't give the officer any reason to think you are a threat you are a LOT more likely to just get a warning. That's what happened the last two times I was pulled over.
For real! Turn the dome light on, roll down all your windows, put your hands at 10 & 2 so the officer can see them, and be polite. Officers are just regular people who have the job to enforce the laws. If you're getting pulled over 99% of the time you broke a law.
There's no reason to break the law AND be a jerk to the guy who pulls you over. Thats like going to a restaurant and accidentally ordering the wrong thing.... then instead of saying "hey my bad I actually wanted the salmon and not the chicken, I made a mistake" making a big fuss and being an ass to the waiter.
In my experience most cops are normal people and if you treat them with the same level of respect they treat you then they'll usually cut you a break (unless you were seriously endangering someone or seriously speeding).
@@michaelcampbell837 That's my experience too. Cops are people with a tough job to do, and when they approach a car they've stopped they have no idea if you are just a nice guy (or gal), who did something to get pulled or a mass murderer who's about to start shooting.
Sometimes when we are in the wrong, it’s best to go along with it and face the music.

A piece of advice for all: If you're in an encounter like this, keep in mind that unless you're let off with a warning, you're going to eventually end up in front of a judge if you disagree with the stop in any way. If you begin your argument on the spot, guess what, you're going to have to eventually argue again in court, but you would have made your case THAT MUCH harder on yourself than if you swallow your pride and cooperate to the fullest (even if you get a ticket you think is unfair). If you're 100% compliant, you will be unremarkable to the officer(s), and may even agree to give you a lesser citation or get the ticket dismissed. Think about it. You'll be 1 of thousands of stops the officer will be involved in. Don't give him a reason to remember you negatively.

@@controllerone sure there is, the driver was being a dick and deserved every bit of snark he got.
@@1114flibby yeah, no. They were both jerks. The difference is one is a public servant paid by the taxpayers. His attitude reflected a power trip cop well aware of his awesome RUclips channel. So the cop was being a dick, and likewise got exactly what he deserved.
Great job officer. The offender knows his rights because he has followed so many other sovereign citizens who have gotten their law degrees at RUclips School of Law.
I work for the largest municipality pd in my state. We used to do what he did in this video, now per policy we always tell them who we are and why we pulled them over upon first contact. It caused too many issues that weren’t necessary to ask for ID first.
The SC "movement" is controlled op designed to misdirect away from the truth. So you're the butt of the joke as you're still a citizen without any idea of what that word really means.
@@98MAzdaMilleniaS in all fairness it's the way it should be. There is really no reason to not tell someone why you are pulling them over. If it potentially deescalates a situation, why not? What if this guy would have been even more of an asshat then he actually was and refused to give his ID? is a physical confrontation really what you want? (and I don't mean you specifically, I'm just added my long winded opinion to yours).
why dont you look up thompson vs smith scotus decision i have been traveling for years and been pulled over and never paid a ticket because i have paper showing the law traveling is a right scotus says so
B O O T L I C K E R ! !
That Officer knows his craft..... Great job Brother...!!!!
Pinal County is full of professional deputies. Best law enforcement I ever saw was when I lived outside Florence.
Frank is on the Brady list for Arizona for falsifying documents dummy.
Great to see something like this! So many frustrating videos of officers trying to reason with SovCits that I've mostly stopped watching these train wrecks. Things to know: SovCits ask questions, but don't listen to the answers; all they do is repeat the so-called questions. They don't want to avoid jail; they mostly try to get thrown in jail so they can broadcast their victimhood. You cannot reason with them; they just repeat what they believe (i.e., pretend) is the law. Deputy Frank deserves a medal!
After a rough week this video is a balm to my frazzled psyche. 👍🏻
I just started watching this video and I already love this deputy! I love how he has no time for nonsense! These sov cits are just insane!
The New Karen's of the roadway.....
Then you need to subscribe to Fridays with Frank at the Pinal County Sheriffs Office youtube channel.
@@capenjck already did
Frank I am saddened by the fact that you are much to Valuable to ever retire!
i hope this guy makes CHIEF OF POLICE!
Thank you for you for protecting and serving the citizens of that community deputy. You have certainly earned my respect. I certainly appreciate the character and patience you demonstrated.
