Venipuncture gov not cannulation, good steps, but it is important to mention application of firm pressure once the needle is withdrawn to avoid haematoma..
I've had many if these. Yesterday however the nurse didn't put two fingers there he pulled a rubber and as tight as he could and it pinched all at the top of my arms ect.
Damn he went right for her basilic. that should be last resort... also ive never seen a hub that looks like that! we use griner in the u.s or BD but i like the look of the ones he used! that being said this isnt cannulation this is phlebotomy

I’m studying a nurse and these kind of videos are helping me so much☺️
Is this not phlebotomy? cannulation is when you leave the cannula in the vein.
The pink is a 20 gauge, it popped up as 30. This isn't cannulation, this is venesection.

Guage?
This is venpuncture not cannulation
Just FYI, it's spelled gauge, not guage! :)
I am also in med prof
This wasn’t cannulation.
My friends this is cannulation
It's a venipunture, not a cannulization
Does NOBODY know how to spell "gauge"?!? It´s kind of unprofessional...
