The concept of "breakthrough" captivates our attention in Christian culture...because we all long for it. We long to see change or development in the areas we have been praying about and the things we've been waiting for. Biblically, how does God bring about breakthrough? And what is our role in it? In this video we're going to look at the story of Jericho in Joshua 6 to identify signs breakthrough is near and indications God is preparing you for something big. But we're also going to look at what this story shows us is OUR responsibility...because we do have one. God is preparing you for breakthrough, IF you do this. He is calling me to obey him with radical faith in that what he showed me in my dreams and the dreams long delayed will come to pass in addition to the Holy Spirit directly whispering to me in my sleep “use the knowledge of myself I have given you and share it to others. Been praying for God for a breakthrough and waiting for him to deliver. I’m tired and learning how to rely on Jesus and not my own self sufficiency
I am really trying to receive this word today and be encouraged. I am truly at my peak of frustration today and the closer we get to the end of the year, the more defeated I feel. I have waited almost seven years for a promised miracle and it still has not happened. I am overwhelmed with what feels like a total waste of time waiting. I just journaled today that I got nothing out of the years I have waited, and it seems God has gone completely silent. It is the worst feeling ever. I know God is able. I know He can. I just don't understand why it seems He won't. 😢 Thank you for the video. I will really try to take heart in this. Desperately in need of a breakthrough!!!

Loved this! After a season of pruning and walking away from people, places, and fasting God has called me to worship and rest as I take my hand off of things and allow him to move on behalf which is so hard when I'm used to doing everything.

And he stayed on the mountain forty days and forty nights. 🙏
For me, I am currently in a season where god is asking me to let go of control and give it to him. Trusting him over my own understanding. It’s so hard but I know I need to do it.

Thank you so much… I have been praying and waiting for Gods to move me in the direction I need to be in with employment, after praying and resigning from a very anti christ stressful job I am now 4 months unemployed and not having the money to pay my bills I was losing hope but I know as God word states in James 1:6 that I must not waver, I must trust that he will come through and I will not be without because he is the Great provider. I am dedicated to the Lord and though I get impatient and worry I must hold on to his word. Blessings to all 🙏🏾🥰
He is calling me to keep a consistently clean house for my mom who is a widow and is going through chemotherapy right now. He put John 13 on my heart and assured me that seemingly menial tasks that no human may necessarily take note of or praise, actually matter deeply to Him. He is calling me to put in order my home, my body, my mind. He is calling me to treat as sacred, with dignity and respect, those made in His image. He is calling me into intimate relationship with Him, the one in whose image I have been created!
Oh. Oh my goodness. This hot like a ton of bricks and worked in perfect unison with a truth I was lead to understand in greater depth last night. That God is the builder and we are not. We have to trust and rely on him. The truth that God prunes away things hit home as i recently lost my job that I hated. The fact that we are called to walk in faith even when we dont understand nearly took my breath away. Im currently in a relationship that I feel God has lead me to and told me to be in. As we go through a rough patch it's been tempting to walk away. the third point reminded me that I am called to where I am and that I need to trust in God.
Thank you again for being God's instrument in bringing truth and help into my life. He is Good and faithful. Bless you!

For me:To be still and know that he is figthing my battle . There is no need to try meet him half way or try help him to speed up the promise BUT to just be still and seeking his face and allowing him to be the one to deliver me from the vasy army. (Anchor scripture :2 Chlorinces 20:12-18 where the army is so bigg but I choose to focus my eyes on him and YES he will deliver me ❤❤❤ Thank you Lord for this message

Gone thru a break up. Tried to walk away but it has been impossible, I have looked like an idiot. But I have held on to this man, because God told me this was my person. Finally realizing everything I say or do screws it up. I sit begging God for answers. I finally hear, "this is not longer your fight! Step aside and allow me to do my work!"

My girlfriend and I separated in September and the reason was my doing I was a child and I broke her trust and ever since that day I've been battling with an intense spiritual battle of anxiety depression and the enemy even reminding me of my past sins for the past couple of months. Even still I have so much faith and hope that God will bring us back together even though it seems impossible...... The positive side of things is I have become so much closer to God and he has surrounded me with like-minded people to help get to know his word more and trust in him and him alone

We have to leave our home (we don’t own it) by the end of April because the owners want it back to use in the summer. We can’t afford what’s out there for rent and aren’t willing to give up our dogs. We are looking at getting a mortgage but the odds are stacked against us at least to have it in place by then and just in general, right now. The timing isn’t good. So we’re doing everything we can to find a solution while having to trust the Lord to provide. Prayer would be appreciated. You have such a gift for teaching and I thoroughly enjoy your channel. I've heard from Teachers that The Commander Joshua encountered was YESHUA Himself because you are only to worship GOD.And when Joshua worshipped HIM He didn't object. There are other places where someone started worshipping and Angel said No, I am just an Angel. Also the part where it says the place is Holy I think is another clue . I believe the place was Holy because of HIS presence

Can it be that the commander was Jesus as warrior(Michael) as opposed to bringer of joy thru gospel(Gabriel).He didn't rebuke bowing down,and 'take off your shoes' .Not exactly going shod with the willingness to go with the gospel of peace.come with peace or a rod, either way Jesus is loving.Yesterday,today,and forever.Jesus won forever once at the cross .We are involved in local clear ups.
What is the proper way to ask a woman out on a date from church? I don't want to come off as a creep or making it weird for her to go to church. I want a traditional christian wife. Just try to talk for a bit then ask out for coffee?
I’d say just talk to her after church and ask her for coffee :) no need to wait months or weeks if you know you want to go out with her. Praying for your confidence in that moment

Jesus never promised breakthroughs. He promised persecution to those who follow Him. He said the world hated him first and will hate us also if we follow him. The apostles and early christians were all tortured, inprisoned, and killed. The apostle Paul wrote most of the new testament and was shipwrecked, beaten, stoned, imprisoned and beheaded. Where was his breakthrough? To live is Christ to die is gain.
