I have been telling my husband how amazing your videos are, especially the m.a.d. series. He responded to me by saying that he would NEVER do yoga. Two days ago, he asked to try the m.a.d. series, and now he has done the videos as soon as he gets home from work😊. I seriously can't wait to see where this leads!
I seriously want to thank you for continuing with yoga. Yoga has given me so much peace over the years. Your classes are amazing. It seems that a lot of people are switching over to Pilates. Some yoga teachers that I followed forever. And that’s cool for them, but Pilates just doesn’t speak to me the way yoga does. I have to force myself to do it. So I’m so happy to see that you are sticking to the thing that’s so many of us love
