Why is it that people need to "heal" after a breakup nowadays? You breakup, you move on. Done. If you're dating a lot of "toxic" guys, then maybe you're attracting that type of guy. Maybe you're going for the "bad boy" in hopes of changing him, then it repeatedly fails. Maybe you stop sticking around in a bad relationship and end it when you get multiple red flags and not stick around because it's "fun". It's such a joke how people deal with relationships these days. And, no....hoe phases are a pathetic and garbage way to deal with it.

      Good day Mate,
People process trauma differently - although you may have an amazing gift of turning off your emotions or fully tossing them aside to move on, not everyone does that or can do that. In reality, people think they have this ability to move on yet it resurfaces in unhealthy and unaddressed triggers (like judging videos on the internet lol) - especially when some experiences can be really damaging. Things are easier said than done and no one is the same - so I respectfully disagree that there is a "one formula fits all" method.
When people go after the "bad guy" or "are blind to red flags" - a lot of this comes from the kind of love they've grown up with. People can't differentiate what good love looks like because all they've known is a damaged version of it - this is called the trauma loop. Of course people are going to fall into these relationships if they don't recognize these patterns, so I encourage you to show some kindness to those who are struggling with this because you don't know their story at all.
Plus, if you had fully watched my video you'd have seen that I don't encourage the "hoe era" but can also pick out some lessons that it teaches you that helps you grow if you look at it at a healthier lens.
Thanks for your comment, though! I hope you do have a wonderful day ahead.
