So it is pretty easy to taper these bags? Meaning if you get the 300lb version and only put 200 in it initially, can you cinch it down easily to keep it tight?
Thinking about buying a sandbag, my deadlift is at 275kg, what weight would you recommend? Also, do you have to fill them with sand or can you fill them with small stones or gravel as I have a lot of that around. Thanks.
Benjamin Spore filling them with stones might hurt......i think. Not smooth, not soft, and definitly not as challenging as sand because sand will try to « escape » your hands and arms when carrying it which works the grip.
Great products!!! Looking at getting a new sandbag to move up in weight. My other was your 2nd version; what changes did you make with version 3?
Thank you!
You're welcome!
I see so many videos on how to fill the dual ply one but I have the regular one lol
Looking at filling my 120kg bag at the moment. Does play or kiln dried sand work? Just aware of things like builders or sharp sand are usually wet

What typeof sand do you use to fill it in?
Any builders sand will do.
I have 4 cerberus bags. I get all purpose sand at lowes or home depot as it's quite a bit less expensive.
First tip of filling a sandbag: wear a mask.
