Steven Fry is focused on sexual aspects of psychology... Hugh Laurie is focused on the division of the psyche aspects of psychology 🤣🤣
When Fry makes observations...He resorts to questions about breastfeeding, maternal fixation, and other things of a "sexual" nature.... When Laurie makes an observation. He resorts to questions about organization, division, classification, and other things of a "psychoanalytical root cause" nature 🤣🤣😂😂

Glad to see so many people enjoying this extraordinary piece of comedy. These two people really created something very unique that’s not often repeated. I know many, many comedians, very often extremely intelligent ones, but they don’t often mix well with other comedians. These two complement each other in pursuit of the whole concept/idea, rather than making jokes seem like a competition of who can get the biggest laughs. The chemistry Fry and Laurie have is undeniable, and “A bit of Fry and Laurie” is one of the few TV-series I can repeatedly watch and still be amazed at its wit and ingenuity. They are the perfect proof that comedy can be more than making fart noises or pratfalls.

Intriguing! I had often wondered, over the years, what had happened to these three former patients of mine.
Their identical joint delusional psychosis posed quite a challenge to me some years ago. Eventually all three of them quit showing up for their sessions with me, and I had assumed they had been committed to an institution, either together or separately. Now I see that they are all three together seeing another doctor. It is too bad he is not depicted here.

I once saw an extreme left wing guy and a far right man go at each other like this at a dinner party. They even both took out their phones and started making notes on the other man's 'delusional political opinions and biases'. It was basically an alpha male pissing contest dressed up with intellectual pretensions, but by the end they practically had to be pulled apart by the other guests as they were nearly coming to blows.
