Too bad none of these Mitsubishi Mirage don't seem to be available with Sirius XM radio, which is more useful to me than Apple or Android play. The Mirage used to be available with a Rockford Fosgate audio system, which also is no longer available.Sorry to see those have been left out.
I hear a front strut bar does wonders, more so than rear sway bar. We actually have a pretty good handling experience from our 2022 Mirage and I think it is because they stiffened the suspension compared to previous generations. I know there are three generations of coil springs for instance.
@@blazetownsend8785 Perhaps you're in the United States? the Base ES trim in the US not also has forward collision mitigation (only available in Canada in the GT trim) sucks... Power locks should be a must in this day and age, and especially in vancouver
@@mr.mitsubishi thanks, :) i have the 1krfe in a yaris the space star used it too now i think it has an 1.2 based on 1krfe which is good because the little toyota engine is indestructible if you maintain it and dont abuse it people dont change the oil on cars and make them pretty and sell them to get rid of them and they still resist over 200 000 km then need repaired and will last another atleast 150 000, if you take care of them since new and dont trash them they last 700 000 km( i also have an opel from 1992 bought with 180 000 km it was abused aswell didnt even have an oil cap and got repaired at around 250 000 and it didnt consume oil till 400 000 and now it has like 700 000 and its so worn out and old could it will give up probably because lately the rust started apearing under and its very old)
This Mirage and the Spark are the go-to's for simple cars. They are what DIY cars used to be. Love them.
Probably one of the few last production cars that still provide a spare tire. I respect that.
Yeah, that's a nice touch.
I own the 2023 mirage... getting 53 mpg.. great warranty.. affordable.. reliable
Wow!!! That’s great! How often do you fill up?
I love these cars! I own one myself.
Sweet!
Durable, reliable, and affordable.
100%
I own one and i love it average around 52 mpg rides like a cloud and plenty of room where can you go wrong?
Nice!
we need the Ralliart version but also with turbo engine 😍
100%!!!
I second that.
@@Hewitts_Cross I already own an Evo but would be cool to add a Ralliart version of the Mirage with a turbo.
I love the small engine
It's a very nice engine :)
4:54 connection for your iPods and whatnot
are you stuck in the 2000s like this car?
:)
Can we have a similar video but with the SE and GT trim?
thankssss
Yes, Mirage videos coming in a few weeks :)
Mr. Mitsubishi: new videos of the Mirage other versions? When?
Looking forward! 🙏♐
@@AladdinSaneNYC Probably tomorrow :)
Your dealer work the Triton? I would love to see videos of that mitsubichi pick up truck

Does it not have cruise control?
No the base.
I have a 2023 base mirage.. cruise control standard
Great video. In regards to rolling up and down the windows. Does it have both electronic and manual?
Thank you! :) Electronic is optional - comes with higher trim.
I'm from Europe but what's the price on those used?
These are available as a manual and I can drive manual easily but used they should have a rather low value in North America.
Hello! Just like anywhere else - in North America the prices have gone up and not much inventory available.
@@mr.mitsubishi the same sad story everywhere. Thank you for the response
Two to three-year-old used Mirages are $10k-$11k USD in my area.
@@gregnixon1296 that was their new price....
Would you recommend adding a rear sway bar
Don't have an experience with that.. Can't really recommend..

@@blazetownsend8785 This new one handles quite well, for sure!
mitsubishi spacestar 🥰
mirage called space star in germany
Nice car :)
Is it a coincidence that Gaz vehicles look very similar to Mitsubishi...?
Not sure..
Good luck in finding a manual transmission.
We actually had 2 of them that sold right away! Will be posting a review on it soon.
There are 8 with a manual transmission in a dealership in my city. Choices of Blue, black, or silver.
Yes really hard to find. I only find them used but I’ll buy it while I still can, I think the 2023 does not longer come in manual
NO power locks LMAOOOO
Yeah..
2022 has power locks. Comes with a unlock and lock button on the keys provided. Ours is the base ES model as well.

6.2 combined is not good i get 5 combined on my 2011 1.0 its the cvt they are bad
That's a nice fuel economy you get!

The cvt version sucks, get the 5speed manual transmission super fun and reliable
5 speed manual is super fun, 100%
Automatics are
not Good. Stick shift okay
Sticks are awesome on this car!
Off road off road off road 😅😅
Right!? :D
All I think I see is a mirage..... [wonder whether my PC has broken because it's blurry. ohhhh. It IS a Mitsubishi Mirage only a decade old]
Decade is not that much :)
