I'm so glad to see young people taking up the mantle for us in such a concise way. I have been a special effects makeup artist for over 35 years and remember when all of these new glues came into vogue. They worked so well and stayed on even in swimming scenes in salt water. By the end of a shooting day , back when we used spirit gum , the piece would just be ready to fall off. With acrylic and silicone adhesive you have to carefully remove them slowly ( an hour on average ) because if you try to just tear them off, the skin will rip off with it.

As far for the brush that you use for the myristate, to help remove the prosthetic, what material (bristles) and shape of brush do u recommend?

I recommend flat synthetic brushes, a couple different sizes. Though because of your comment I didn’t make sure to show the brushes in the video 🥰

Prosaide will work, just not the strongest option out there. Using silicone adhesive is recommend if the pieces need to be on for a longer period of time.

Thanks from Chile! Here the information about the removers is very limited I was working in a production and we were using bond off and TELESIS remover and it was really harsh for the skin and now thanks to you I known there are more options 🙏
