@@WTI00 battery has always been a problem in IOS device nothing much to say about it but till I use it for editing and storage purpose it’s good for me battery is fine accordingly to 2016
Team SE 2016 checking in! My phone is still very fast and smooth. I also received the latest iOS update about a month ago, which finally allows for more customizable widgets that you can place on any screen. This has been a feature available on Androids for over 10 years now! Only issue is the battery life is just okay. But with light usage, it gets me through the day adequately.
I didn’t realize how many people had the old school iPhone SE till I decided to look into what’s the difference between IPhone SE 2016 and iPhone SE 2020. Well since my carrier didn’t have the iPhone SE 2016 I bought the new iPhone SE 2020 on Wednesday as described to me it’s a hybrid between the iPhone 7 and iPhone 11 and I don’t regret my choice at all. Great phone but the only downfall is the head phone jack is not existent on this phone. So I half to go buy some Airpods. But This is coming from someone who switched from a Samsung A10e to a IPhone SE 2020. Apple pretty much gave android users looking to switch to an iPhone an opportunity to get one since it’s apples budget phone. Good Job Apple.
im using lightroom app when taking shots with my old se..where i can set iso shutterspeed and exposure manuelly..results are stunning..and i wonder who on earth spends hundreds on compact cameras in this era..
"Real" Cameras still have a use. For people who like to adjust way more technological aspects, than you could on your phone for example. Or for people who like to zoom further and better. Optical zoom on phone cams is almost none existing and digital zoom is always a loss of quality. My little camcorder from Panasonic has a 60x optical zoom. If I want to film a bird mom, feeding their babies up there in a tree, 50 meters away from me, then I can easily do that and the picture still looks crisp. As if I would stand right next to the nest and would hold my camera directly into their faces. Also, bigger cam sensors mean more shooting opportunities, especially in low light situations. Finally: How is your external storage working on your iPho..oh, sorry. I forgot (just kidding)
Only difference is the 2016 one is marginally darker in lower light situations. But I also think the images of greenery and sky in bright light looks better on the 2016 SE with more muted and bold colors.
@@jzen1455 righttt. i think the iphone SE 2016 doesn’t have night mode just like 6S. so when you take a picture in a low light, the result will looks darker and noisy.
@@rezaalif3045 I use an app called ProCam that has night mode that also allows manual adjustments. It helps a tad but it's definitely not as good as the built-in night mode that other iPhones have.
WOW the se really is a great phone, especially for the good prices you will get the phone. Ive bought one a few days ago for my mum, she is a absolute beginner in terms of smartphone use, and i think this was a good choice, ive bought it for 49 bucks on ebay with 64gb of storage.
That’s not how it works bud. You can’t edit the se night photos because it will just boost the noise, and the the new de is combining exposures to make a dynamic photo so you can’t just boost the exposure on the se to make it brighter without blowing the highlights and bringing up shadows adds more noise to the photo
I am not talking about night time shots. In daylight if you use HDR on Se first generation and then tap the edit button on the native photos app you can get it to look exactly the same without much noise. Also you can get HDR app that can make that difference even smaller.

the new one is much better in low light conditions. i have the old one, and when hiking in the forest and stuff i notice that the photos don't look all that great. With plenty of light available the photos look like the new one though
I have iphone se 2016 it's amazing I upgraded from it's older generation iphone 5s which I still have and I don't like the notch iphones so that's good se phones exist and I may upgrade to iphone se2 soon
The se1 is the best phone ever made. And i had one till yesterday. Just upgraded to 13 mini so my pictures at night dont look like im taking em on a motorola razor

Agreed, For My Opinion, SE 2020 Make It Like Cartoonish
My one is 2016 🤞🏻 proud of it... still it can defeat many android mobiles under 20k
Is it only me to think that SE's noise feels more pleasing?
