Hi Rick I used love a good pie I mostly made my own but I've recently had a spell in hospital and been put on a low fat and dairy diet and pies are out of the window ,I've been looking on utube for a substitute to use instead of butter and fat I've come across some recipes that use olive oil or rapeseed oil I was wondering if you have tried these to make pastry
