Russia? Don't under estimate the power of American media or politician statements, since they carry the prospect of American military intervension as it happened often in history. Such anticipation in itself can change people's bets, and can destabilize a region.

Irrelevant to the subject matter. Western media seems to want to make people believe that religion is the cause of every conflict despite the statistics proving that's not the case! It's for power. Bcs it wasn't a real revolution in begin with , it's a power struggle between Israel & Saudis with Iran ,Turkey with Kurds for oil control , Russians with EU , and there won't be any winner , Just a disaster for Syrian people
I was a child when I left Syria, and now I'm in my twenties and still count the days, weeks, months, and years looking forward to see an end to this war. Is anyone up to do anything regarding the next Syrian presidential elections towards the end of this April? Can anyone force an honest election that also include Syrians outside the Syrian borders? Why not every refuge country in the world take on the task to set off an election center for the refugees they host? I'm aware it's gonna be a huge cost but if these efforts work out, won't these countries be happy to have contributed to the global peace and even alleviated the burdern of refugees on their grounds?
Sadly an honest election doesn't happen to us arabs . I hope this war ends as soon as possible and syria returns as beautiful and prosperus as it was and you return to your home inshallah 🙏❤
Ok. Time for a Reality Sandwich. 1.) War as a Human dynamic is one of the foremost guilty pleasures we have had for millenia. It's not going away because each generation has to learn by experience that War doesn't work. Expect a war each generation because Humans learn experientially not Intellectually. 2.) The primary cultural model in the Human Condition is the Tribe. Not Churches, not Nation States, Not political organizations or Economic Ideologies. There are Tribes members and there are all the Outsiders. 3.) Peace is boring; Chaos is exciting. Humans want novelty and excitement and they dont care about who gets hurt in their pursuit. Put simply Humans will always crave what they don't have. Any Questions?
Alhamdulillah every atoms worth of good will be brought forward and every atoms worth of bad will be brought forward too, the criminals who inflict pain will get severe punishment from Almighty Allah, the poor and weak brothers and sisters need to continue to exercise patience which is very difficult to do in really difficult situations, but understand and know that, Allah Loves The Patient Ones, your patience is so so valued, the more you do the more gigantic everlasting eternal rewards you will receive, very soon.

So Al Jazeera you guys are not going to talk about how over the past 10 years over 6000 migrant workers died building your stadiums
Is It's sufficient not that they talked about Syria.
They already reported it long time ago
Oh btw, the companies who were awarded the construction are mostly foreigners from europe. Surprised!
"US troops are there mainly PROTECTING OIL FIELDS"
Joke of the decade...
I will pray to end for disaster war of Syria! Lot's of died and lost there beloved one for politics. Some political activities and many of them destroyed the country! Plz don't kill each other! No more war! No more migration! No more life lost! War its not a solutions.

Let’s pray that the USA didn’t do us next

That is a great explanation from Al Jazeera English. Thank you very much. I learned a lot of things about what's going on in Syria.

We need more young men from Syria in their best fighting age on the streets in Europe.
Like you want us to go fight against sides that we don’t know? And who’s with who and who’s against who? If people wasn’t divided by 50% supports FSA and the other 50% supports assad then we could go and fight whoever is on our land.

what a heart touching insights for dummies. The main thing she failed to mention was that this war would not have lasted for 10 yrs, if U.S and Saudi had not involve.

Of COURSE I thought this could still be going on 10 years later. How naïve do you have to be - this is the Middle East!! Lebanon will likely follow in Syria's footsteps, if they haven't already.
Just out of curiosity, do you think there will ever be a solution that'll keep the white, red, black & pale equines at bay?

Why is everybody bashing US, no one shedding a tear about Putins involvement in the war on the civilians? ^^
Because US got it started. Putin came in late. So did Turkey, Iran, ISIS, ...
Because the us supported the rebels which pretty much slowly became radical and extreme
@Duffy63 Millitary intervention from US came in late no question, but the support from American media and politician is what got it all started. Who do you think invented the term Arab Spring? Russia? Don't under estimate the power of American media or politician statements, since they carry the prospect of American military intervension as it happened often in history. Such anticipation in itself can change people's bets, and can destabilize a region.
Bashir Assad is a monster, a ruthless dictator. I cry for the Syrian people..

Islam is such a peaceful religion... is it not?
just like zionism is nazism
What does Islam have to do with a political war? Maybe blame Christian Russia and Christian USA for destroying Middle East?
😂 you just showed your own agenda which is islamophobic
No religion can bring peace , bcs dividing humans is at the core of any religion
Everyone in power use any tool available to gain more power and suppress others , religion is just one of them
Irrelevant to the subject matter. Western media seems to want to make people believe that religion is the cause of every conflict despite the statistics proving that's not the case! It's for power. Also instead of blaming Islam maybe you should go learn some history, the middle east has been in this state ever since the British split it up, knowing full well what was going to happen!
that's rich coming from a filthy zionist oppressing palestinians.
The war on terror is not meant to be ended, the endless war itself is the win
May Allah (SWT) protect all Syrians
She didn't talk about germany which took over 1-million refugee and spend billion of dollars on them on their shelter and learning language. While muslim countries like UAE, saudi Arabia and qatar not take a single refugee

Hey Sandra, Please make the next Start Here on the Quadrilateral Security Dialogue a.k.a QUAD. It seems to be the hottest topic in geopolitics presently.
Well Quad is a group of four largest anti-China countries.

Well Quad isnt an alliance yet. Apparently USA though not only conduct fonops with china but india and japan too (curiously skipping australia n new zealand)

Think a little, which country does this state of chaos suit the best?
Israel
Israel and America
Yes, chaos could be the aim but despite the occupied Golan Heights, Syria kept peace with Israel while now there is a huge problem because Hezbollah stepped in. Perhaps this war evolved in all kinds of directions the many "players" hadn't expected.
Allah please protect the syrians from this conflict..
Happened to be following all these wars/arab spring uprising from Africa to Middle East and Syrian leader is the only one to make it out if.
Libya is not particularly better off. Once a rich county. Now ruined and divided.

Clear sir
