    This video popped up just in time. Each day I have an onset of a panic/anxiety attack. It comes out of nowhere and i feel like I'm choking and get scared and panic. I try breathing exercises but I don't know if I'm inhaling and exhaling properly. Just learning how long and ot breath out the mouth is helpful. I'm going to try this. Thanks for posting this video!

      hello candy girl. there is a youtube video called ‘anxiety relief mindfulness meditation coaching’ on a channel called ‘unlock your life’. it’s a twenty-six minute anxiety talk-down you just follow along with. it has soothing messages, breathing, and muscle relaxing. maybe you’ll find it helpful. i hope you do.

    My classmate had a panic attack in gym class and I told her to count out loud with me and she regained her focus. Everyone in gym class clapped for me that day.

    When I was in my early 20’s I would have panic attacks that lasted 4 hours at times.
    The first one I had I thought I was dying.
    I grew out of them. I haven’t had one in 10 years. I think retraining my brain to not focus of negative thoughts was the key.

    This video really helped me when I was having an anxiety attack.. I did your breathing technique of inhaling/ exhaling for 5 seconds at a time and the anxiety went away, and my mood went from sad to feeling good .. thank you..

    When I get anxious I end up getting body tremors. Often once I’ve thought I’ve calmed the anxiety I’ll start getting body tremors. This happens most often at night before bed

    I think everyone has anxiety or depression in their lives if that person say they have no problems then they're lying. It's part of being a human. I have depression and anxiety after my grandpa passed away 4 years ago and then my grandma passed away 2 years ago everything changed. People like to keep their self private and it builds up inside of them and that's when they commit suicide because they don't ask for help.

    This is a big issue for me right now I haven't seen a health care professional yet and need to because I've unsuccessfully tempted to cope with anxiety on my own and it's getting worse mean it's gone from anxiety to panic attacks and these masks don't help. I potentially have hormone issues and some deficiencies in supplements, thank you for sharing your knowledge gems I am treasuring this information is making me feel better already thanks for give me real hope!     I had a panic attack, I felt like I was dying, I couldn't breathe well, I suffered a lot, I don't know what to do when that happens to me when I went to the hospital the doctor didn't treat me well 😥😥

    Vitamin B1 really helped me. Then I started 2 tablespoons of nutritional yeast daily. My anxiety is completely gone.

    I have anxiety attacks i also have panic attacks randomly. It might also be bc its already 2:07 am in the morning and I am just now going to bed. Rip my old sleep training

    Relaxing is the opposite of tensing. If you can totally remove the tension, your problem would be solved.. Once you can totally remove the tension (your feared reaction to the symptoms and thoughts) you will then begin to recover.. Many people will say, "well that didn't work for me, not everything works for everyone".. Well that's Bullcrap! You just havent learned and figured out how to do it yet..

      @@AbrahamThePharmacist I AM HAVING RHINITIS AND SINUS FOR MANY YEARS NOW BUT RECENTLY MY NOSE IS BLOCKED/Dry and unable to breathe properly and I took 50 mg Prednisone for 5 days already. It has not helped me. Please help, guide and advise. Thanks

    Whenever i’m in crowd or any closed surface such as elevator i feel such nervous, anxiety even i try to avoid
    Or whenever visit any gallery,museum,theatre .. i prefer to find exit before due to suffocation
    Even i scared of air travel Due to crowd , and enclosed space
    What should i do
