This video popped up just in time. Each day I have an onset of a panic/anxiety attack. It comes out of nowhere and i feel like I'm choking and get scared and panic. I try breathing exercises but I don't know if I'm inhaling and exhaling properly. Just learning how long and ot breath out the mouth is helpful. I'm going to try this. Thanks for posting this video!

My classmate had a panic attack in gym class and I told her to count out loud with me and she regained her focus. Everyone in gym class clapped for me that day.

I think everyone has anxiety or depression in their lives if that person say they have no problems then they're lying. It's part of being a human. I have depression and anxiety after my grandpa passed away 4 years ago and then my grandma passed away 2 years ago everything changed. People like to keep their self private and it builds up inside of them and that's when they commit suicide because they don't ask for help.
This is a big issue for me right now I haven't seen a health care professional yet and need to because I've unsuccessfully tempted to cope with anxiety on my own and it's getting worse mean it's gone from anxiety to panic attacks and these masks don't help. I potentially have hormone issues and some deficiencies in supplements, thank you for sharing your knowledge gems I am treasuring this information is making me feel better already thanks for give me real hope! Relaxing is the opposite of tensing. If you can totally remove the tension, your problem would be solved.. Once you can totally remove the tension (your feared reaction to the symptoms and thoughts) you will then begin to recover.. Many people will say, "well that didn't work for me, not everything works for everyone".. Well that's Bullcrap! You just havent learned and figured out how to do it yet..
