My best friend since highschool and I have had on and off feelings for eachother since we met. She's super open about her feelings for me and it kinda just makes me feel crappy. Currently started having feelings for one of my close HS guy friend I've known since 6th grade (I'm a Freshman) and ive been kind of getting closer and doing all of these signs, and he has too in which everytime we have class together he automatically sits next to me even when his friends are in the room too. We would get in trouble alot for talking during study hall and laughing, but it was honestly worth it. Even though others from our friend group were in the room, it would always be him and I during that time. Recently, like probably twoish months ago when it was still a bit warm out, he started to avoid me and only talk to me like one day, but only with texting. It would suck because he would ignore me days on end, and I would see him online all the time. So, when I told my friend about it which she obviously knows now that I like him, even though she probably figured I did because she is apart of our friend group, she talked to him about it infront of me when we hung out a couple days ago. We all chatted jokingly about him ignoring me though, but I could see in his eyes he felt a little guilty when we looked at eachother. I am talking to him more now, but it just seems like all of him isnt fully there which is very concerning. I am not sure what is going on, but he still gives all of these signs whenever we talk now, so it's very hard to read him when he gives off more-than-friends when we sit in our study hall together, then avoids me the next day. Is there any way you could possibly make a video about this? I'm sure I'm not the only one that deals with these kinds of signs, and of course mixed signals. It would be nice to get the message out there for the others that are very confused!
for some people, mixed signals is essentially confirmation they like you lol. One of my friends is super friendly with everyone-she hugs, holds hands, etc. But ever since she developed a crush on one of our friends, she started avoiding him in the hallways and occasionally ghosting him online. Different people show romantic interest differently, but mixed signals can sometimes mean they like you; they’re just nervous being around you bc of that :)

My best friend showed these signs at one point years back so i risked it and asked them out! It didn't gonwell and they told me to never talk to them again. Wasn't sure what i did wrong so i left them alone like they asked. Years later they apologized and wanted to be friends again. We became best friends... again. It was great we even became roomates. Became close again. I again mentioned feelings and she left.... again. Honestly it was my fault that 2nd time. I shouldn't have said anything

There's the thing. He knows that I like him and I've even asked him do I have a chance. He said yes. He sometimes texts me first (sometimes when i text first he doesn't anwer but that's fine) and usually it's just a small talk like " hi hi are you okay how is your day going", but we've talked anout deeper things too like our dreams etc. We've also talked in school once but it was just a simple "hi". He acts all stressed and kinda anxious around me, but I often find him looking at me from afar and we make eye contact pretty often. My strange nickname for my crush is Emo Telitubi. ALR, LET ME EXPLAIN. So we were in gym one time, and we were out on the playground for gym. He was playing catch or something with his friends. I went over by him with my two friends Aaliyah and Giana, wich since that day I started growing apart from them, wich were not gonna talk abt. But he had his shirt over his head, and he was calling himself an Emo Telitubi. So ever since then, I’ve been calling him Emo Telitubi😂
I feel quite different now. I just hung out with my wife-to-be because she wanted to. Being with her was "meh". But she grew on me. It wasn't until 20 years with her that I actually felt love for her. Until then, she was this person I lived with, trusted, and cared for. But actually feeling love. /shrug Even at this point, the thought of her leaving me doesn't scare me. I'd wish her the best. I guess this is why I'm aromatic and aplatonic.
