I wonder why they didn’t use the valo buckle that was a great innovation...maybe a conflict between brands

Sweet overview of the skate man. 80% of my skate scene are getting these skates.

Jon said on Instagram the final ones would have bolts for the cuffs.

I just heard that as well. At the time of filming this, the decision was fixed cuffs. I'm unsure if that has changed. It was part of reducing costs.

Remz haffeys were the best looking skates and even they looked too clumpy and very ugly from the inside toe angle, they never bother to fix it just released it with the same wide ugly toe that they have used on evry single different model. skating companies aren't prepared to put time into perfecting a decent looking skate, they just think if they get a plastic shell lace it and make it indestructible and UFS then thats good enough. But agressive skates will always look crap cause the companies are mostly owned by skaters trying to pay bills and not by big companies hiring artists because there is zero money in aggro skating anymore, cause its anti social and dangerous.

This is why rollerblading is dying. Your Selling us some old lame skates from 20 year old molds. Sabotage was considered lame when they 1st came out. So you're gonna put a skin on it and some soul plates and call it new Tech? I'm surprised valo worked. Same shit.. 30 year old design with the skin. This is not progression.

Henry Krueger nah, rollerblading isn’t dying. It’s changing. The floor is open for you to step up and make the next big thing instead of whining on the internet. Until you’re in the thick of it and making real moves, dumb opinions like this hold no real gravity. It’s the same shit I’ve heard my entire life. Seriously, step up and make skating dope, or step back and accept it in its current dope form. You can’t shit talk a path you won’t walk.
Just to name a few skates that are not copies and completely new molds...USD carbon, carbon free, sway, Razor Shift, gen, SL, Valo Light Shell, k2, Adapt, Xsjado, Flying Eagle, And that’s just off the top of my head. I’m sure I could find 5-10 more skates with single molds unshared with other skates.
Seriously, get your tired ass comments out of here.
