Thank you, but I still have more to cover about PSRs in the upcoming videos. I also forgot to mention that PSRs can occur in the heat phase, so I will mention that in the next video. Covering all of PSRs in one video would cause information overload anyway.
Yes, lying prone will have its own video. I, currently, plan to cover lying prone after the next video or two on PSR's but before I make a video on the heat phase.
Oh yes, thank you for reminding me. I will cover this in a future video. If a 'mech shuts down from heat, a PSR is immediately required. See page 52 of BattleMech manual for more details.
@@biggrigg4281 In real life, a gyro should not stop with a shut down, so it should continue rotating. A gyro is some sort of heavy wheel spinning with low friction in its axis. A shut down should make the gyro grappling system to stay still, hence keeping the mech standing. However, having a damaged gyro would make the mech to wobble, so shutting down the gyro might be needed, but it would force great balancing skills from pilot or it should add the need of feet to compensate with extra torque. Big feet would make things easier. I am talking about real life. I am amazed about how "primitive" Inner Sphere tech is, and yet, it has better technology than we have, to make giant stomping machines to walk properly. I also would suggest to contact Catalyst to indicate that PSR explanation must be improved in the rulebooks.
@@josepablolunasanchez1283 that's some good to know information. Explaining PSRs is a very detailed thing that easily leads to information overload. For this reason, I will explain PSRs fully in the next 1 to 3 videos.
Best PSR video I have seen.

We add stagger rules. Running you can fall up to 3 hexes away and a minimum of 1. Jumping 2 to 4. Walking none to 1.
@@thepoliticalstartrek I like it.
Battletech teaching me math, lol.
Indeed.
Dude thanks!
No problem.
Thank you sir :) Спасибо!
No problem, Пожалуйста.
I did not listen the word prone in this video.
Can you make a video on prone, and what it can and cannot do and how you handle a prone mech?
Yes, lying prone will have its own video. I, currently, plan to cover lying prone after the next video or two on PSR's but before I make a video on the heat phase.
If mech fails attempting to stand up does mean it has to apply falling formula again and take damage?
Yes.
What's with the gloves
My hands had some ugly cuts and scabs on them at the time.
@@biggrigg4281 gotcha. Was just curious.
If you shut down from heat during the heat phase, don't you need to make a PSR since your gyro is shutting down?
Oh yes, thank you for reminding me. I will cover this in a future video.
