I have a daily devotional that I read from Pastor Charles Stanley and I love it. I also have a concordance bible that I used when I study and it really helps me understand scripture as well as what verses to use when I am writing my poetry. However, there are times just like you said Morgan that I miss my bible study in the morning because of work, so I do it in the evening or the next day. We do need to find that time with God because it is so important to get us physically and mental stable as we go about this Christian journey. :)
nice zeal sis! the new living translation bible is missing very important verses. you should look into it. and also you should get an apocrypha or a kjv 1611 that's the closet most accurate bible. and read deutronomy 28 and see the curses that would happen to gods chosen people the Israelites so called black Spanish native americans and west Indians .
I just bought a NLT study Bible shortly before Christmas this year that I’m loving to study from and read! I love the Bible resources you have especially the Hebrew & Greek Bible in addition to the Bible encyclopedia and the Strong’s concordance.
Don't try to be perfect with your devotional time, just be faithful.
