A water temperature of 85 degrees Fahrenheit or low is ideal for Water source heat pump Operation.....anything higher most likely will create this condition Adjust water Temp by Adjusting Main Variable Speed Tower Fan.at Roof Location. If too fast or too slow will determine Cooling Tower efficiency or DE fficiency
awesome information, I just got my 20-year cooling tower to work correctly to many hands touching it before and now my 20-year-old units are shutting off at night. will check Thermistor and temp then look into water temp from cooling tower thanks to your information.
Hi Rene , greeting from Turkey. can I replace the ( Model is TCH036. ) CXM board with DXM2 board by only unplug approprate cable from CMX and move it to appropriate location in DMX2 ? or do we need to program it as well ? I have almost no exprience with heat pump but I can move the cable from CXM to DXM2 ! :-D I find a THC036 for 500 USD but this TCH 036 is Water to Air unit. My plan is modify it water to water unit. ( by just changing Air coil with Coax one and run it without too much problem. Not sure if I am a dreamer with my limited knowedge but I am willing to do :- ))) I want to have simple, easy to repair and cheap heat pump :-D
To be honest here in America we bypass the board after is not under warranty anymore,,,we use simple relays 24 volts to 240 v. And we just add a Lock out relay that s how we get rid of this 300 doll board....it takes about 10 to 15 min All u need is a relay or two and a lock out relay....use a 3 amp fuse so u save the board just in case😀
Before going to water to water conversion you must have enough water flow between 6 to 10 gal per min some bldg s here in America have 8 to 12 or better water flow. The more water u run the better it cools

@@milcitrex Hola Luis so no hay suficiente flujo de Agua de Galones por minuto la maquina se apaga y numerous 2 si el Agua de condensacion no sale para afuera. O sea sino desagua bien La unidad con su sensor corta la corriente y se Apaga

Code 8 can be caused by unit LT 2 sensing 125 ° F for about 30 seconds or more, Due to Low Water Flow. Adjust-Check Water issue and Reset ok.
Code 8 is a Test Mode UPS in Memory.To Reset need take power off to board or to Heat Pump itself.
U P S mean Heat pump run inefficient Need better water pressure and Water Flow .if water is shut down unit will develop or deliver this Code 8

Cuando te refieres a bajo flujo de agua te refieres al condensador?
