Water Source Heat Pumps Keep Locking Out EP163

In this video I found two water sources heat pumps that kept locking out. The coil on one was plugged with grease and was tripping high pressure. The other one had a low charge and was tripping the freeze protection.

No bad Board ....this CM board will try 3 times with green flashing after that it will give u a code unless the power was not cut out cause when you Reset power it will loose the memory n start the process again. Thermistors work with temp press relationship one us gray one is purple....leak can be on Coil 90 percent of the time i work in CM everyday .....water is great is 85 here in s fl as normal if its R 22 shoul be 70 200 down here w loop system on bldg applications
