It’s such a shame the kids who play here in America just don’t get taught about the history of lacrosse.

Please pray for Bradley. He is young, and is going through a very difficult cancer. This game, the original spirit of it, is very important to him. The love and prayers for him are strong. Please join us in this prayer. This medicine is big for him. Thank you all. Mitakue Oyasin ❤️

Why is lacrosse not our national sport? I started playing when I was eight, and I'm pushing 60. I have a stick with me wherever I go and it grounds me. Thank you original Americans for this gift!

Why does it always people so long to acknowledge us indigenous people's? It should be one of the first things that they do. It's not their game nor land. They should at least try to do more to acknowledge the people of that land.

I always see this kind of thing used as promotional material. But when native American community needed help, such as with the Dakota Pipeline. Where was the lacrosse community? What I posted on a lacrosse Forum that we should find ways to help the Native American community I got absolutely blasted. So this is good marketing, but from my experience, it is just that, marketing...

It's very sad how much of Native American culture has been killed, forced assimilation to near extinction. As occupiers of this land today, we ought to inherit and revive the Native American way - this game is a great pathway of many

If you're every in the Rochester, NY area, you have to go to Ganondagon State Historic Park (Victor, NY). It is an amazing site with a large display discussing the origins and meaning of lacrosse to the native american peoples.
