Thank you for the life update, it takes courage to share that honesty online. For me, it helps when I give my fears to Jesus. He literally takes care of the things i'm worried about & in exchange I get inner peace to help me throughout my day. There's an awesome quote by someone famous & its a beautiful promise " For I know the plans I have for you declares the Lord, plans to prosper you & not to harm you, plans to give you hope & a future". Be kind to yourself always. Good things are on the way for you.

were u drinking ice cold water while doing some yoga/exercise?? if yes, then don't as it is bad to drink cold water at that time.. just drink a normal room temp water
could you explain why it’s bad because i’m curious and google isn’t telling me it’s bad. instead it tells me that drinking cold water during a workout helps lower heart rate, body temperature and improves performance overall

It’s better to have a darker regrowth then a blonde one, like me 🤣 I’m blond and dye my hair brown, so now it looks like I’m getting grey hairs already 😂😂
