@Larry Lawton not goin lie larry I used to party hard and drank and used pain pills in 2017 b4 all the fent really hit here I got fake ones and cuz my tolerance was so high I took 6 of em and died but luckily girl I was with called the ambulance and died a couple more times on way hospital but finally grew up and left all the bs alone. My message to anyone taking pain pills don't buy them u never know when u can get a fent pill

Your eyes are extremely expressive. Didn't need to say much to recognize the trauma.) I have read your book and going through it for the second and a half time now. This channel has helped me so much after getting out of the PADOC in August 2022. To listen and interact with someone who knows what it’s like going through all the diesel therapy, black boxed and needing to take a piss. The loneliness and insanity that you go through in the hole. 4 pointed strapped to a metal table. I look forward to all of your videos Lar, keep it up brother. You gave me hope when I first got out and I read your book. Keep spreading the good word my brother.

Hi Larry, I was recently incarcerated for the first time (county jail) for a night& was let out on ROR. Due to some circumstances between my lawyer and I, my court case is adjourned till August. I’m afraid I’m going to be behind bars. I’m not sure how all this works. But having drug issues got me in that real low spot. I don’t have anymore chances after this to mess up again. I couldn’t take one night being in county jail cell, the sounds of the bars locking me in still haunts me. You are such a brave and strong man for what you went through. I hope everything goes well for you man.

I agree to a degree. Doing days or a couple weeks is kinda nice, if you have reading material and they actually give you your showers and rec time, is kinda nice and helps you get your mind right. Several weeks, months, and years is a different story though. I guarantee you didn't do more than a month in the hole. You can message me back and claim I'm lying and you did a thousand days in solitary, but I know better. Solitary can have the toughest guy/biggest introvert curled up in a ball in the corner crying for their mommy after a certain amount of time.

My son committed suicide in jail. You are one of the lucky ones that was driven a second chance and ran with it. He was clean and drug free for 2 years. It just took one time and he was worst than ever. Miss my boy. ❤
I unfortunately had been locked up for a total of 19 months, obviously no where near close to what alot of ppl have to do but that little amount of time plus the little amount of time spent in seg was enough to cause me to have crazy anxiety in different situations that I never had before I got locked up. I'm the same way with the mri machine. Also when I 1st got out going to stores like Walmart later in the day when it was real crowded I would get real bad anxiety so I started going to walmart around midnight or later that was obviously way before covid caused stores to close at 11 p.m. but my anxiety has calmed down a lot with that situation, but I will still sometimes go as soon as they open in the morning just to avoid crowds
When I was in jail they put me in the infirmary for two weeks prior to going to my block. I had almost no human contact and nothing to do. I lost my mind. I started talking to the walls and would have gladly had a bug for a pet. I finally got to see the Doctor after 10 days and the human contact for those 5 minutes were amazing
Larry, you knew you didn’t fight so damn hard to just give up. You knew you had to live to tell the story and be a free man. You proved them wrong to make this world a better place. All of those things YOU did and wouldn’t have if u went through with it. my close family member committed s and god i’m f’ed up
I understand where you are coming from Larry with the MRI machine. When I had mine it was because I had a bad reaction to the covid vaccine and was having chest pain so they did a scan. I can't remember why but I had to have all this equipment on top of me putting weight on my chest while doing some type of breathing prompt. Not to mention I can't balance very well on the bed because of my disability and then they injected some sort of fluid into my IV that made me all hot. All of this after not eating a proper meal in four days and no sleep. Didn't really think claustrophobia was real until I had that experience.A lot of rambling and probably some bad grammar in their thanks to anyone for reading.

One of my pledge bros in my fraternity. He ended up shooting himself 2 years after college. What’ll always hurt the worst though is that we ended on bad terms over the dumbest thing ever: we both finally had girlfriends and wanted to have the room to ourselves. At one point I threw thumbtacks in his bed like a real prick. I wanted to apologize so badly for how we ended, but being a stupid 22 year old, I was too proud to admit my fault. Now he’s dead, and I’ll have to choke on those words of apology for the rest of my life. Pardon the longwindedness, but I just want to say, if you want to tell someone something, do it. You don’t know if you’ll ever have the chance.

I'm an introvert. I loved being in solitary. Being in population meant that I had to hear, see, be around, be on guard etc of other inmates.
