Поразительно!!! Множество дорогостоящего качественного оборудования, несколько десятков затратных операций... ради безделушки. С одной стороны я обеими руками за то, чтобы люди творчески самовыражались в какой нибудь созидательной области, а не в тырнете, но тут даже меня переклинило.)))
Они там не только же ручки делают... Оборудование универсальное. Был заказ на дюжину ручек - сделали. Завтра будет заказ на протезы - сделают.

플라스틱 소재 프린터는 대중화 되어 있다고 생각되는데 금속 3D프린터 라는건 굉장히 생소했어요~ 어떤 어렵고 특수한 용도로만 사용된다고 생각했는데 이렇게 실생활에 사용되는 제품도 생산 할 수 있다는게 신기하네요~ 멀다고만 생각했던, 어떤 벽이 허물어지는 느낌입니다^^

Great video, but I have to mention, additive manufacturing is not mature enough for this level of delicacy that's why the pen doesn't look sleek and elegent enough despite the amount of work that was put into it.
That is an insane amount of time and effort for such a small number of pens…
It's just to show case what their company can do. They make thousands and thousands of them.

ich kann mir gut vorstellen dass die Kugelschreiber eher zur Demonstration gebaut wurden. Mit sowas kann man die ganze Arbeitszeit und die Maschinen bestimmt nicht finanzieren.

I had a black & gold Schaeffer pen with a similar shell like design in 1979 until it was stolen. Beautiful concept.
Sorry for your loss. I have a relatively cheapo Schaeffer that nearly got lost and required a new nib and does again. I normally type these days though. :)

Are you joking? It's 3d printed 😄 Semi mass-produced crap. People only do washing and transportation from one chemical process to another. There is no mastery. Only the nowadays popular printing technology and the old well-known galvanic plating. Garbage.

Эту ручку показали с более-менее близкого расстояния - у неё поверхность как наждака, как это и должно быть после пескоструя.

Ручки с именем есть, это Паркер, Карандаш и еще другие. Но то что в видео, мы в детстве делали из разноцветного телефонного провода, было это лет 40 назад. Только стержень, провод и руки а фантазия позволяла делать такое разнообразие.

I'm sure they made this small run of ballpoint pens as a means of demonstrating their production capabilities rather than as a product they offer for sale.
The amount of manual labor and the machines all would make those pens very expensive. Still very impressive.

I agree. I don't think the focus is just on making ballpoint pens. I think it is meaningful that real life items can be produced with a metal 3D printer. In order to develop further, it is always necessary to start.
@@eminatorstudios Корея удивительная страна, там много маленьких отлично оснащенных фабрик которые специализируются на каком нибудь одном виде продукции и они совершенно не боятся обанкротится. Очевидно в стране присутствует государственная протекция. Судя по составу оборудования несколько дизайнов авторучек и есть их основная продукция.

The pen actually isn't that thick tbh. Most pens are that size. You must have baby hands or write with a bic all day. Also in a day in age of technology, how often do people ACTUALLY write?.
