Portillos is really good, but not even close to the best. We have Portillos is WI and there is better beef places. The good this is, is that they're in the hood, so the scared suburban folks won't ever get to experience them so the prices stay reasonable. There is also some places in the rich IL people summer home areas.
I have a sasuage in mine with melted Mozzarella on the top, along with the peppers and extra gravy. Its literally what i eat for my birthday i love it that much.
