I’ll never understand why Derek thought his relationship with mer was cheating, in my opinion I think the only real thing that he did that was wrong was not telling mer when things got serious

Point is that they were seperated. No need to get technical. Married couples separate all the time and then start dating other people before the divorce is legally finalized
The law is pretty irrelevant to personal relationships though. What matters to them is whether they both considered themselves separated and their marriage over, or whether they both thought it was just a huge fight. It seemed like it was something in between, which is why he didn't feel like he was actually fully free to have another relationship. And why he hid it from Meredith. It was kind of borderline. Maybe they hadn't actually sat down and agreed their marriage was over. He might have felt like things shouted in the middle of a fight didn't entirely count.
this show proves that men don't need years to fall in love with someone. when they meet the right one, they go for it. he knew meredith only a few weeks and fell for her immediately

@@tatum2739 Thats weird to me because the imbalanced situation is all Addisons fault. The only reason Meredith is in his life at all is because of Addison. Even if he tried to ignore his wifes cheating and try anew, I wouldnt use a harsh word like adultery for a victim of adultery who just couldnt stop desiring their rebound over their traitorous spouse.

Like a lot comes with taking the houses they shared - household items, photographs, furniture etc - they all come with memories. The idea of Addison having to sort through that alone upsets me

😂 LOL, this happened at a teacher in HS and the student at a night class. Then our grade2 at classmate and whole family was called and teacher wife. Thing is they're not brought into a hospital they're at municipal hall.
