      @bodybuilder718 Год назад +19

      Sadly yes, Bruce was surpassed. I mean Jon Jones would end Lee in seconds to be honest. However, Bruce Lee teachings is what led to what we have now, many elite fighters use his technique and it works still and they evolved from it. To say that Bruce Lee would not be beat, would disgrace his teachings, because he believed in relationships and evolving full on combat.

      @@bodybuilder718 Sir, you are sadly hugely incorrect. Your wrong because you think an mma fighter would be beat Bruce. (1) Bruce fought for defense of life. (2) Bruce didn't have to fight for a plastic metal trophy, nor, financial gain. (3) Bruce Lee is the founder of modern mma. (4) I have an article of Roy Jones paying homage to Lee in creditation for some of Bruce's style of punches Jones uses in his modern arsenal.(5) Plain and simple any non ignorant individual whom has thoroughly done there studying of Bruce Lee's philosophy, method of principle movement etc. Jon Jones, the dirty fighter that he is, does not have the speed, agility, nor technical prowess as Lee does. In derogatory terms, Bruce would hit Jones 3 times, so hard, and, with such incredible speed that,l Jones, would not be able to react fast enough. Regardless, Bruce was an expert teacher of Master caliber, Jones, however unorthodox his style, is no more than a mere student talent-wise.

    What Bruce was a master of was putting all his weight behind his attacks while still maintaining perfect balance. The power, speed, precision, and tremendous weight, it's a feat of physics. What Bruce understood most of all and better than anyone was kinetic energy, distribution of force, he was harnessing the true potential of weight distribution and he understood that even something very small can command tremendous force. Think of a bullet!!! It's tiny but it can blow a hole clean through you!!! Bruce was a master of these concepts and few others have really understood them in a similar way and ALSO been able to command their body to become a weapon worthy of the theory.

He indirectly inspired many people around the world to take up martial arts despite during his time, many countries were gaining freedom and fought against racism and other issues. Besides, he inspired other martial artists to evolve their combat forms in various situations. Moreover, his philosophies were applicable to good leadership rather than being bossy. Furthermore, he encouraged many people around the world to explore other arts that fit their individual features, hence styleless style because of individual differences and multiple intelligences, which are based on human psychology as well.

    At 1:20 very true! Bruce Lee is the only can do this. Til this day I still can't develop enough power to break through 1 or more boards without the leverage supporters. That's why many folks in my area that sees this video will not mention or give Bruce Lee credit for this. It's a sign of jealousy.

    What do we need to learn from this example? That real might and power are only temporary. The real mighty and powerful is only God, the Creator.
