  • Welcome to the first Morning Reflections Video.
    I'll share some insights and progress I made when it comes to following an ideal morning routine and the challenges that can arise.
    Getting up early, taking a cold shower, meditating, gratitude and praying, thinking about important things, focusing our mind and attention to what truly matters compared to the endless sputter our brain produces constantly.
    Flow state, dopamine detox and how it made me live life again, finding beauty in the little things thanks to less distractions, breathwork, hearing your body, spending time in silence.
    Remembering WHO YOU ARE and WHAT YOU ARE CAPABLE OF thanks to limiting external stimuli (distractions) distractions.
