In Zamboanga City, Chavacano is a Spanish-based slang language spoken by some native Zamboangenous that is being used as a Mother-tounge medium of instruction and a subject in Kinderder 1 to Grade 1 under the K+12 Curriculum. Love your reaction. It’s great to learn more about the beautiful Spanish language from reaction videos to this cover of “Despacito”. I’ve observed that Latinos who grew up in places like the US, UK, or other English speaking countries do not catch on much to Julie Anne’s mistakes. It’s probably because they each have accents that adapted to where they up and not as “unfiltered” as those in their motherland. It’s a treat to watch you explain the rolling “R” sound and other pronunciations.
Julie is an excellent singer. Now, this song Despacito... it's been rumored that she had only had less than 12 hours to sing it in Spanish... not bad at all!!
Thank you Jez for your reaction. I find you very nice and kind but at the same time truthful with your comments. It shows how pleasing your personality is. Stay humble&kind, keep safe always and I wish you more success.✌
Julia did a decent job being Filipino, we a getting far away from Spanish familiarity but all in all with correct practice she will catch up soon enough with right Spanish pronunciations remember too, that song is a fast tongue twister even for fluent Spanish speakers

Here in filipinas we pronounce the double "LL" as liya. For example LLAMEDO as liyamedo LLAMAS as liyamas VILLANUEVA as vilyanueva As what I've noticed our pronounciation of spanish words is much closer to the hispanics of america compared to the real spanish from spain.
Thanks for reacting the cover music of despacito by luois sang ms. Julie Anne San Jose. She's Filipino singer, actress, songwriter, host, model and endorser. Our Asia's Pop Diva. 😍😊🇵🇭♥️
The Filipino language incorporated Spanish loanwords. But can can speak or understand Spanish? Okay, let's make it simpler: can you understand what the song says? No.
Spanish pronunciation in the Philippines was like mixed with Italian pronunciation because of the Jesuit missionaries who first established schools... the letter "ll" is quite different, like for example the word horse Spanish: caballo is often read kabajoh or kabayo. Italian: cavallo - ka va loh Filipino: caballo is kabalio. Although at present it has already evolved into just kabayò. But ella is pronounced elia... everything that has letter "ll" is pronounced "lia" A combination of Spanish and Italian pronunciation. Martillo, martilio, Martillano, Martiliano, alla, alia. alli, alyi. Maybe it is an old pronunciation.
We are not fluent in Spanish but since we're colonized for more than 300 years it's not hard for us to speak it because there are common words like salbahe kalendaryo but still when it comes on how to pronounce certain words we are still not perfect but still good job Julie🤗🤗🤗🤗
I am a Filipino and I am looking forward to learn Spanish because it would be easier I think, especially that Filipino and the dialect I speak has Spanish in it. Problems of a non-polyglot but wants to learn a language🤣..sticking to ‘easier’ hahaha
Imagine that Phil. is the melting pot of all races, that's why we're fluid that can easily adopt to a variety of tasks, despite of limited or lack of proper training, Pinoy is capable of attaining the impossible. actually filipinos also pronounce J as H and we can pronounce rrrrrrr too hahaha and btw in bisaya we count numbers as Uno,Dos,tres, cuatro and so on
