hello. My Beolit battery has failed and needs a new battery, just orange flashing stage,never gets to the 'green light" stage. Does this model work on mains only with battery disconnected or if battery is dead.

@@KoseTrading Thank you for your prompt and informative reply, i removed the battery, after doing so it is working well on mains. i have a couple of friends who have had this model and we all have had problems with the battery not charging. Even after fitting a new battery and using it for quite a few hours it would not charge. As for mine i will just use it on mains. Thanks again. Ken.
