Just what I was looking for, an install video filmed in dark lightning with techno/house music played throughout the video. At least there was a sasquatch at the end!
Great video! My mistake was ignoring the tiny ground wire. Make sure to include it in the ring terminal for the large ground wire or your switch won't work.
Nice video. Highlights - removed negative terminal from battery, told not to take the bolt entirely out and just loosen it, rotated the fitting, mentioned wrench sizes throughout, showed aux wiring.
If you have King Coilovers there is an added difficulty to this but it’s still doable with some bending. Also make sure you have a deep socket and I needed a 14mm not a 15mm. Make sure you have some ring terminals and also some zip ties. An electric ratchet makes things real easy.
The cable that goes from the pump to my battery also has a small black wire that I didn't see in your video. I have no clue what to do with it and my Compressor won't turn on.
Are there any serious ramifications to running a compressor in such a hot and cramped engine bay? I've been mulling over purchasing one of these for my Bronco but the thoughts of pumping hot air into my tires are a little concerning.
No ramifications at all. These are used all the time. The area where the compressor is doesn’t get much hotter than the ambient temperature when you have the hood up. Even if it did cause the air to get hotter going into the tires that still wouldn’t be an issue.
@@MiddletonMotorsports perfect! I’m looking at these and wondering if it’s smarter to run the suitcase pump since it’s transferable between vics at the cost of storage space inside. You’ve definitely given me more info and a lot to think about going into my build. Thank you very much!
Honestly if your not airing up and down your tires for rock crawling a lot I’d get the portable arb one. If interested email ahudson@middletonford.com we can take care of you.
Why would you want to have the power switch inside the cab instead of mounted on the compressor as the kit is made? Seems like a pain to get back in the cab if you've forgotten to flip the overhead switch on -- like I will every time :-)
Bronco is ready for anything! Nice cameo by the big guy. 🤣🤣
Great video ! This is the best ARB air compressor install video I've seen!
Thanks 👍

You guys are awesome. Thanks for supporting our company and our KR Off-Road brand of products! What's next for the Bronco now!
Our pleasure!

Awesome water cooled PC!

Glad you enjoyed the video! Please consider subscribing, it would really help us out!
A ratcheting combination wrench makes the carriage bolts a LOT easier to install!

To avoid corrosion connect the hot to the clinoid instead of directly to the battery.
What’s the thin black wire that’s next to the 2 red wires for? I followed every single step but can’t get mine to work.
Thank you very much for making this video!!!
Glad it was helpful!
Hello, nice video....might be missing something but, I don't see link to the kit shown in the video that includes all?
You all have a link to that trigger attachment to blow air freely?
Did you have any issues with the air chuck hitting the sound deadening liner on the hood?
We haven't had any issues so far.
Awesome video! Is there a mounting system like that can fit in a Ranger Raptor 2023?
We don’t have any specs yet for the ranger raptor. We would be shocked if they don’t make a kit for that one as well.
Nice job. Do you know of any issues with fitment after installing K&N Cold Air Intake Box?
@6:07 LMAO couldn't have said it better myself.

Second ground.... I'm an idiot.
@@dakotajames1233 You're not an idiot. This video (and others like it) fail to mention it.
How would you wire the switch if using the switch supplied in the kit instead of an Aux switch?
Could this be used as the air source for the Bronco ARB lockers?
Yes, I'm sure there is a way to set that up.

I enjoyed the installation video. Please provide the contact info for the mounting kit. Many Thnx.....
The mounting kit is from 4x4 truck leds

That’s where this customer wanted it
Are those mounting brackets sold separately?
Came with the kit
How did you tighten down those carriage bolts? Worst part of this kit.....
