So sad that lovely lady starts to sing and you couldn't hear her well, you couldn't hear the people speaking well since all the sounds ran into each other. The woman deserved her time, the docents deserved their time and the reporter spoke over both of them.
In my opinion, the woman that is doing the interview with the lady singing was really rude to her. We should have been able to hear the whole song, but no, we had to look at other things. Those other things were definitely important and I loved seeing them (especially the three cigarette butts), but we couldn't enjoy the lady singing or the things themselves for the woman talking to that man. Bad interview and rude people...
