To stop my hair fall, I started using a smooth silk pillow case to sleep on. I also applied liiitlleextra cocoonnion hair oil shampoo hair conditioner. These adjustments helped me lose fewer hair. After a couple of months of applying them every day, my hair stopped falling out completely.

Being a hairstylist of almost a decade, I can share with you you, that you're not meant to apply harsh shampoo on your hair.
I've observed hair lines of so many people, and I noticed that people who were using strong shampoos generally had weak hair line.
So I advise only to use gentle shampoo only. I personally use and suggest to apply littleextrra cocconioon shampoo only.
Also, do hot oil massage two times a week as it boosts circulation and promotes healthy hair growth.

Best organic shampoo sollunga mam

1 After hair wash tie with cotton towel only for 10 mins dry in sun or fan after that
2 hair pack - egg white and curd and apply in scalp ( monthly once , weekly once )
3 combing your hair after wake up and before bed time - 3 mins comb full scalp
4 oil your hair ( do it for 5 mins & do a massage , pull your hair for root strength)
5 oil your hair warm oil or normal oil using cotton ( 3 days once oil is enough)
Don't oil your daily
Do not go out after oiling
Consistency is important
