The intro about the racehorses brought me to tears. Thank you for donating Frederiks paintings to help them. Frederik is absolutely stunning. I owned and trained horses for many years before a career ending horse accident. I had always dreamed of owning a Friesian. I have to say Frederik is one of the most beautiful Friesian's I have seen. My little dog Koby also paints to raise money for charity, it has been such a rewarding and fun experience. I subscribed and love your videos of your beautiful boy. Thanks for sharing.

I love Frederick!! I know it's a bit late, but I hope this raised lots of money. Breaks my heart that humans treat Horses, and any animal for that matter as "disposable" :( I have a rising 2yr old Friesian, who's sire is Omer RS Fan Top En Twel... from Leffert and Brandus.... He is such a special boy... I do so enjoy watching Frederick's videos!!! :) He is adorable :)

What is so, is that nobility of character is present in all involved. Those women, the foundation, the lovely Frederick, gifting his artwork, with obvious conscious awareness that he is doing something. I was thrilled and delighted to see this effort, this collaboration, and hope that the moneighs her produced brought good sums, to help the thoroughbred friends of Frederick. In this last week before horse fans anticipate California Chrome's winning the Belmont, I am reminded of the tragic fate of so many racehorses, and remembered Ferdinand, slaughtered and eaten by the Japanese. All that can be done for all horses, regardless of their purpose, production of money, is part of my mission in life as well. I rescued PMU horses, pregnant draft mares and others that did not go to slaughter. Thank you for this lovely horse, his elegance, his beauty, and the heart of his team.

Once told my ex, that I was willing to live in a tent,to have one. Had the ability to purchase one, but then we split. owned 23 Arabian stallions /mares, then the horse market fell apart. Love the gentleness of the Friesian's and their ability to read their owner. Lovely stallion....

it's absolutely fantastic there are programs like this! no horse should be faced with a horrific fate just because they're deemed retired, many horses can do other jobs and become leisure ridding partners with training and such. it is sad to see such magnificent creatures go to places like that... One day I will have a rescue farm, I would absolutely love to have a freisan as my own though, freisan and Gypsy Vanner are the two breeds I absolutely adore!!

Friesians are gorgeous. Each time I see one I fall more in love. When I get my farm, I def want to adopt a baby who needs a good home from this organization. It's bs that these poor babies are killed for nothing (in my opinion) over people and their dumb gambling.

Could you please explain to those of us who do not know why the owners of these beautiful creations of God, do not continue to care for them in retirement?
Racehorses should have a purse for their retirement. AND NEVER PUT DOWN. MAKE IT A LAW!
This horse is beautiful but holding a brush against paper is not painting !
