    I want to tour on that GTS through the desert here and you know that mill would pull like a freight train in comfort.

      @paulscountry456 I think you're right. The owner said the GTS1000 doesn't put out excessive engine heat like many bikes in the sport touring bikes. I hope to ride one someday. Cheers!

    I like the CL77. Most folks removed that beautiful muffler, and I don't know why. Love to have a matching pair CL77 and Superhawks in the garage....The Dreams were just too homely looking for me!

      I had two superhawks in early 70s( both well used). These 305s seemed indestructible, ran the piss out of them with no problems. Great beginners bikes.
      Also, owned a used 500-4( previous owner had it bored to a 600cc). I absolutely loved it. Very fast for a mid-sized bike, and very comfortable to ride, very little vibration, extremely smooth anywhere above 80mph.
      I had a Norton Atlas prior- it shook like a Caterpillar farm tractor! Lol😊

    The CB900 F2 has to be the crowd favorite in that motorcycle show , especially because of the endurance racing fame .

    I had a 1965 CB450K0, which I took from a pile of parts to a pretty well running bike. A local restauranteur had to have it to put on display at his restaurant. But I've lost track of it presently.

    I had a Yamaha XS500 DOHC in college same color as that maroon one in the trailer. Road it every day rain or shine. Which was about 50/50 in San Francisco. Great bike.

    Nice! I'm generally interested in all bikes. The 550four stood out. I have to admit that I'm especially a fan of vintage dual-sport/enduros. The Yamaha 125 beside the RD stood out as well for me. To own one, 250cc to 400cc would be the sweet spot.

      @user-sh5dy5tr9d Right on! It's amazing that two people can walk past a group of bikes and have different bikes stand out to them. The show was dual-sport/enduro heavy, but I only have eyes for the street bikes. Cheers!

      @@jonsmotorcyclerescueandrev3538 I understand. I had so many amazing experiences riding when I was a child from morning until deep into the night. (Butler county) I was given the freedom and independence to explore in a vast area of woods and dirt roads with a large network of similar age kids (also with bikes) I don't want to live in the past, however it was a special time indeed.

    Hola Jhon. Lindas motos en la exposicion.La CB1100 F le hace falta mucho carin̈o.no te interesa esos proyectos a largo plazo? Son muy costosos? Tambien me gusto el 900 f2 aunque su carenado frontal ya no la hace linda. La GTS se merece una prueba. Saludos

      Hola Ricardo. Estoy de acuerdo, hubo algunas motocicletas bonitas en la exposición. La CB1100 F necesitaba demasiado trabajo. Los proyectos a largo plazo suelen ser muy caros incluso si alguien me regalara la bicicleta. ¡Con mucho gusto probaré el GTS si tengo la oportunidad! ¡Salud!

    The eighties decade was terrible on the eyes, imho. Motorcycle seats, both dirt & street, were often other than black. It does not age well. But your video reminded me that the practice started MUCH earlier at Honda. (The Japanese also have a thing for anime, so there you go.) Unfortunately, my 2023 Kawi dirt bike continues with the practice---has a lime green seat. I wonder what it would like with a black seat. It would lower the resale value to change, but.....

    • @jonsmotorcyclerescueandrev3538
      @jonsmotorcyclerescueandrev3538  2 месяца назад

      It should be a quick, easy change to make. If you're worried about value, buy a used seat and have it recovered. Keep your green one in a safe place for when it's time to sell. Cheers!
