I’m going to upgrade my partycade to a 60-1. I might go without the amp and I’ll use one speaker. That is really tight. Thank you for sharing this. It gives me an idea now on how to do this.
This is a nice partycade mod. I love how they have made it so convenient to do things with the little bottom section along with the way the encoder is mounted along the bottom on these without an annoying plastic case you find on the 3/4 size.
I did the same thing to my Pac Man Partycade. I used velcro like you on the back of the monitor and liked it so much I just used velcro for the whole thing rather than drilling a bunch of holes into particle board. It worked out fine.
I need to replace the encoder board on my Centipede 8-1. I've reached out to Arcade1Up but they don't sell them. Amazon and DIY doesn't sell them either. Where can I find one?
Not for sure but i doubt you would have enough room. I did not want a 412 due to the same games are repeated with different version . And some games i have no idea what they are.
I have not played all 60 but i think most do. There are some left/right games and of course centipede which is why i added a track ball on the other one i built.
can you please link to a pcb bord for a gen 3 arcade 1up please :) no one is doing a updated video every video is off gen 1 arcade mod and people who mod gen 3 dont link pcb bord they just show what games they add on a pi

Thx. It will work just that joystick wire thats in the way. If you leave the deck angled its ok. May try to modify it so it will fit level.

Sounds like you have done all you can do. Either hunt down a second hand machine or convert it all to a 60-1. Sorry.

What model lcd is in this unit? What lcd driver board are you using?

Can you put in a 412 in 1 Jamma board rather than the 60 in 1 Jamma board?

Yes. A countercade has way more room inside. Depends if you want to buy all the parts and get the right video controller card for your monitor.

Nope. Sorry. You can build one easily. Find a cheap party cade and get all the internals. Its very easy.

If you don't use a case for Pi board most likely just not sure how you would connect to the display. I have never done a Pi system but i might try it.
