I love this! It's hysterical. I agree with others'...I believe God does have a sense of humor and found this funny! Great work with the cards, "Monks"!
Some may call this sacrilege but one must remember, this song was written by a man and NOT by God! Anyway, thank you for the laugh you gave all of us which we ALL need in these trying times! It was also VERY WELL DONE and coordinated!
According to the man (Georg Handel) in question, it was, in fact, written by God. Also, since he cribbed all the lyrics from the Bible, God is absolutely the lyricist. And, for the record, the Halleluiah Chorus is not about Christmas, it's about the end of the world.
Just brilliant. Original. Dumb me, near the end it dawned on me, they are using cards because they are the Silent Monks 😃 😀 😄 😁 👍 👍 How glorious though, that music
@@HermansGeraniums Yes. I get that it was a deliberate gag as part of the show. It doesn't work for me because people would have just handed the wrong cards to each other.
I can imagine the BIG GUY (no not senile biden) and the saints and angels seeing this LOL, LMAO and saying get the names of those kids they get special gold stars! Thank You and Merry Christmas to all Pax+
That was Pretty Darn Good!! I know God is still chuckling every time this is watched.
I have always felt that there is room for joy--and even laughter--in religion and worship.
It's a tradition to stand when this piece is sung. I'll bet the Lord was standing at this, too.

That was so funny. We need humor in our lives! Fantastic!
I believe God has a sense of humor and probably laughed about this. I love it.
You think God has time to watch performances?

I don't see anything that is sacrilegious about this performance. I thought it was great.
@@Gunleaverwell god sure didn’t..He doesn’t have any fingers!
I LOVED the cacklers--you know they've got someone they know on stage :) I've been there myself. Just too fun! Thanks for sharin' that.

Monks start around 3:40
"because it's all bugger down here on earth" I feel so much better about it now, Don't you?
Singing starts at 3:20
Hysterical!
I am sure God has a sense of humour! This is brilliant!
Brilliant! 😂❤👏
Wonderful
Funnier every time I see it. praise GOD
Awesome performance.
Interesting that the monks chanted plainsong upon entrance, but singing the Handel would have violated their vow of silence...
Quiet with the singing!
That was amazing! LOL!!!
But why didn't the two at the end just switch?
It was part of the show, the other words where in the correct way

Could do without the "comedy" routine at the beginning & the cackling from the audience. This is brilliant
Yrs the audience 😠
