Now that I’m older and have more knowledge on actors, casting Joe Pesci as a robber in a kids movie is genuinely hilarious. A guy that mainly plays a mafia member or just aggressive guy as part of a robber comedy duo is one of the best casting choices
Apparently Macaulay Culkin has a scar from practicing the biting scene and actually but him too hard, and also they didn’t interact much on set before that scene so Culkin was genuinely terrified that Pesci was actually going to hurt him

Apparently when filming the take, Pesci moved his head away really fast. Therefore actually, but accidently cut one of Culkin's fingers. He still has the scar to this very day!
Yup. They attempted to film this Take on February 15,1990. But because Pesci accidentally bit Culkin, Filming was halted for a Week due to Child Labor laws. This was the last scene filmed, so Columbus,Hughes,Blossom,Stern and Pesci had to wait another week before filming and completing this scene. The Final take thus Final Scene was filmed Friday February 23,1990.

Even though Harry and Marv didn't die here and even though Old Man Marley is a kind hearted man, Buzz was a little right in some ways how Marley attacked with the snow shovel calling him a shovelslayer.

@@arbytv5139 Yes, I know he whacked Harry and Marv with the snow shovel to save Kevin preventing Harry from biting Kevin's fingers. I just felt it was a funny coincidence how Buzz said those lies to Kevin that Marley murdered his whole family and half the people on the block with the snow shovel being a shovel slayer acting like Marley uses the snow shovel as his weapon in life which is not true and which he doesn't do but, he used his snow shovel once as a weapon to whack Harry and Marv just like on the second film, the pigeon lady used her pigeons to save Kevin from Harry and Marv.
Old Man Marley has a strong heart for children.

I hope they never plan on doing a remake, just leave it the way it is as an original timeless classic.
