My sister used the Shettles method and produced the first girl in 10 generations of her husband's family.
I know a woman who tried shettles and another method, both failed and she had two boys. So I told her, why don't you try my method free of charge. She did and had the first girl in 5 generations of her husband's side of the family.
I think shettles is a great method and touches on many aspects. However it's missing a few crucial points that can lead to some women not getting the gender they desire.

My husband and i had tried to sway girl with this baby (#2), we tried timing, diet, shallow positions and supplements... all of which had seemed to work before and gave us our little princess 3 years ago. This time, after some difficultly conceiving, we also used preseed and ended up with a boy. If we try for another girl in the future, we definitely won't be using the preseed again

Should I avoid eating folic acid before conceiving to maintain my alkaline ph?? Please do reply sister😊
singh singh women are encouraged to take folic acid daily prior to conception so that your baby won’t suffer from birth defects like spina bifida. Folic acid won’t affect your acid levels. I think it’s ok to take it but check with your doctor if you are unsure about anything

Track your cervical mucous. If it is the consistency of egg whites, that is fertile mucous. Check it with your fingers in the morning.
