Mom of three boys here. Pray for pink for me! Like you said, if I had a boy I'd be blessed. But I really would prefer a baby girl. Yes a healthy baby and pregnancy is best. Prayers all will work out for you.
I just do not understand how there can be so much hate and/or negativity when it comes to babies/TTC!! It’s supposed to be a wonderful and joyous occasion. I say GO FOR IT!!! Also, there are tons of people who want one gender over another. So I don’t see any problem with trying to sway one way or another. In the end and happy healthy baby will always be loved!! DH and I have been TTC since Jan 2018 for baby #1. I wish you all the luck, joy, happiness and BABY DUST!!!!

Oh Lynn! This topic it’s one close to my heart. I believe that whenever a woman feels that desire for another child, it doesn’t matter if she has one or 5, the desire can be just as strong and it should be respected. I have a 2 years old son, and it took us 2 years and fertility treatments in order to conceive. Now we have been TTC for baby # 2 for a year now with no success. I wish you the best on this journey 💜

I wanted one little girl, but I was blessed with four beautiful boys! I wouldn’t trade them for anything, but something inside of me is still longing for that sweet baby girl! We are also a blended family, two of my boys I adopted through foster care after separating from my ex whom I shared a son with. My husband and I share a two-year-old together and we’ve been actively trying for almost a year!
Hopefully something happens soon! I am super anxious, but I haven’t really shared that I want to have another baby, we get lots of negative commentary as well. I’ve heard probably every response imaginable!

First of all you are an amazing mama! If I may just say the sway girl is about 2 to 3 days before ovulation not the LH surge. So you can still BD 1 day before the surge and be in the girl sway since ovulation happens on average 24hrs after that 😊 I'm hoping to try myself soon. Good luck and all pink dust to you💕
that is amazing news 😁😁. good for you!!!! as you know I have 6 kids, 3 girls and 3 boys.... my last pregnancy was a huge surprise and when we found out we were expecting twins I almost died.... I had twins boys 5 years ago, one of them ( Noah) lived for 4 days. so we had 3 boys with us at that stage. while having and losing Noah was and still is very painful we still really longed for a little girl....and we were blessed with one (Maisy) At that stage we were happy with our family and much like yourself, despite taking precautions we became pregnant again. twins girls, Heidi and Pippa. I cannot lie, it has been very difficult to juggle everything and very, very busy. all 6 children are amazing. I wish you lots of luck and happiness on your journey 😊😊💖💖 hugs from Ireland xxx

I have 4 amazing kids and only one was “planned.” I too hid my last pregnancy from everyone except family because I was afraid of the opinions of others. I wish you nothing but the best. God bless!

I wanted to have 4, but with infertility being an obstacle, it wasn’t a walk in the park, after loses and surgery, we had a successful round of IVF and have a beautiful baby girl, who owns my heart and every smile that appears on my face, I love this girl with all of who I am and I wouldn’t change my journey bc it makes me appreciate every part of motherhood...

I have 4 girls, 22, 19, 7 and 4...
Contemplating having one more child. Would like to experience raising a boy..
They say BD (Baby Dance / Sex) the day of and day after Ovulation is key so the egg is closer or already there for the male sperm to race to.
BUT, some woman have conceived boys by BD'ing 4, 5 and 6 days prior to Ovulation. Which, is recommended for female sperm..
This makes me question is it the Ph level that plays more of a part!?!

I could never do this. I'm too scared that my child would wish they were the opposite gender later and I ruined their chance to be the person they wanted to be.
Four kiddos here and when we talk about baby number 5, people come at us with so much negativity that it’s saddening.

I have a friend that doesn’t want any children and people give her crap about it all the time. I feel like this it’s your body, your family, your husband and it’s nobody’s business how many children you want or don’t want. I feel like God will bless you with whatever he wants you to have and you will love a girl or a boy just the same. I see how loving and patient you are with your children. God Bless! Hi and congrats in advance! I have one precious daughter! I wanted 4 but God is always in controle. People are rude regardless of how many. I got so much flack for having an only. But our sweet children are such wonderful blessings. I am so excited for you!

We have 6 kiddos, his/mine/ours....5, 16, 20, 20, 24, and 26. We've never gotten flack about a large family. I'm on the other side of raising most of all them babies and I'm a grandmother now. We couldn't wash our clothes together without getting "sweet surprises" so I hear ya. Never hurts to try for the gender you'd like...especially natural [FUN] methods. You'll give God the glory for that precious baby anyway.

My husband and I planned to have another baby, but he passed away almost 10 years ago. I’ve not had luck in finding love, so I’ve decided that I’m going to have a baby by a sperm donor before my window for having more kids closes. I’m hoping for a girl too, but I’ll be happy and blessed if I have a boy. I’ve got 3 kids at the moment. I hope you get your girl!
Hi Lynn how are you? Please I have one question about how to conceive baby boy because I have to 2 beautiful daughters and I just want 1 boy to complete my family.
So question is my period date is always 27th of each month and my ovulation around 12 to 14 of each month. If I ovulate on 12 Jan 2021 do I have to do BD2 after 24 hour or just do on when you ovulation. Should I do on when I ovulate or after 24 hours? Please reply my question am so thankful to you

I have 2 one 14 year old boy and a 1 year old little girl and when i found out I was pregnant with her I was shocked it had been 13 years I didn't think I could have any more but I was blessed. That is awful that people pass judgement on you that is your family and like you said you don't ask none of them to help again best of luck and can't wait for you to make a video and say I am pregnant!!!

8:40 to get straight to the baby dust method
I didn’t have a number of children in mind, but once pregnant I quickly decided that the whole pregnancy thing was not for me. (Lots of reason). So I purposely chose to have 1 baby. And, oh, the comments I’ve gotten! So many people are convinced that I have ruined my child’s life by not giving him a sibling. So in summary, judgy people judge. My family is perfect for me. As yours is for you!
And that is OK!! People need to just love on people and stop judging.
So, what’s the difference between the shettles method and the babydust method?

Yes! But it is hard to fall Pregnant that far from O but not impossible. 💕

Thank you for sharing this!! I think you have to do what makes you happy, it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks about it. I have 4 amazing daughters that I love more than I can express. I never tried any of the baby swaying techniques but if I would have known about any at that time I would have. I planned my second child the other 3 were happy surprises. No matter what, if this is something that you and your husband want, do it. Don't wait because of what other people might think or say. This is y'all's life and you don't want to wait until it's too late to have a baby that you both really want. I am sending you prayers for a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby. I'm also sending you pink wishes that you get to share a wonderful, healthy baby girl with your husband.

I had no idea that large families get slack from others for having lots of kids. And I have def experienced that.
We have five kids. My last pregnancy (baby #6) was a complete surprise but we lost our baby at 11 weeks :(. It wasn’t in God’s plan for us to have another little one. Wishing you the best of luck!

Hi I use the natural cycle. When in get a positive lh surge with these strips i actually ovulate 2 days after. Is that taken into account with this method?

My husband and I went six kids ourselves. We get a lot of negative feedback especially from his family. It hurts, but we know what we want. I'm really curious to find out if the gender swaying works, and you conceive a girl. We are wanting our next one to be a girl.

I have 3 beautiful kids and had misscarage last year and trying for another one. I was one 2 fall pregnant very easy but now it won't happen and i pray everyday that it will soon because im getting older. I come from a family of six kids and love it we r all very close and love each other very much. I have always wanted a big family but my life didn't work out the way i wanted. Anyway im very grateful for my kids but really would like another.

What did they do to get a girl?
Hello!! So, I always thought I would just have 3 kids, but, I currently have 5.....and, they are all boys!!! I truly don't give a rip about what anybody thinks. Children are just seen as a burden these days and that's too bad. We definitely draw a lot of attention, not just because of our family size (also, I had all 5 in 6 years, so they are all close in age) but also because they are all boys. Forever getting comments, but fortunately, I haven't had to deal with many unkind or inappropriate responses.
I'm on my 11th cycle of charting, I practice a sympto-thermal method of Fertility Awareness to prevent pregnancy, but my husband and I are planning to TTC a baby girl once our youngest turns 2 in April, so in about 8 months. We have never done anything to try and sway.
When you said you chart, do you just chart your LH or do you chart with cervical fluid and bbt? Just curious because BBT is the only way to confirm ovulation. I quite enjoy charting. I also used to have the paraguard but when I fully realized that it (and hormonal methods) cause silent abortions, I had it removed.
Anyways, I should look for an update. I didn't recognize you but then I saw your youtube handle and was like, wait, I know her! And I'm quite sure I follow you on instagram and believe I saw a pregnancy announcement, so I'll have to look that up and confirm. If so, congrats, I hope you got your girl!

We tried for a boy with the baby dust method and yesterday we found out we were having a boy, we also ate lots of cereal because its a popular myth that it helps with boys, one study concluded women who ate cereal had 80% chance of having a boy, if anyone has questions I'd be happy to answer

I’m a momma of 5 and people are downright rude! All the time! “Don’t you know how to say no” “don’t you know what birth control is?” “You know what happens when you have sex right?” “How many kids, is enough?” The list goes on and on. We have four girls and we were going to stop, but then I got pregnant with my boy. I would not change it for the world! People assume when you have a whole bunch of kids that you are sponging off the welfare system...... but My husband and I pay for our kids. I totally understand how you feel!
YES! It is really intrusive and hurtful. I've recently had to set boundaries with my own family. Talking about vasectomies in front of my children. I had enough!!

I know this video went up over a year ago but I just wanted to say that I am so sorry you felt you had to hide one of your pregnancies.
I am the oldest of 8, with a very large age gap, 26 years between me the oldest and my youngest brother.
My mom also hid her pregnancy for the last two and has stepped away from Facebook almost compleatly. All of my siblings, 6 boys and 1 girl, have been amazing blessings to our family and we cant picture the family without them! I hope the people around you see that every life brings more blessings than any negative comments ever can outweigh.
It was really, really hard. But, I can’t change the way people view children. They don’t see them as blessings-like I do. I can honestly say I won’t be hiding my future pregnancies :-)

I'm a mom of 8...4 bio, 4 step. I always get the "oh bless you" or "your hands are full" and when we tried for my last (shes almost 9 months old) people were constantly telling us we're crazy and so on. I’m late to the party but I’m so excited for you! 😊 I tried to sway for my 3rd who’s 4 months old and mama had her 3rd boy 😂 We also waited till birth to find out the gender which if you haven’t done that before it was seriously the most wonderful surprise! Made that day that even more exciting and special. I would never take back my precious boys but I wish I had a girl! We’ve decided to possibly adopt a little girl in the future though.

I absolutely love this video. I feel the exact same as you. I am in the same boat. Me and my fiancé are a blended family as well with 5 children, 4 are my own. We have 4 boys and 1 girl. Only 1 of our children are ours together and that's our 13 month old son. We have been talking for over a year now about having 1 more bc we want so badly to have a daughter together. He does not have a biological daughter of his own and we want to share that together. We also absolutely love having a large family. We also get looks when we all go out in public together bc we have 5 children under the age of 14. I wouldn't change it for the world. We will be trying the Shettle's method this time around to try and sway for a girl, but will love our baby and be blessed regardless of the sex. Best of luck to you and your family on your journey.

We used a book called Choosing the sex of your baby. We had two girls when I bought the book to try for baby #3. We wanted a boy and we got one. Did it again for another boy and got blessed with one !💙💙

Oh, Lord it was 24 years ago at a book store in a mall. lol I believe there is one on amazon but I’m not sure it’s the exact same one. But by reading the description it the same.
The one on amazon is by Robert Hale. I’m pretty sure it’s all the same methods.

So happy for you girl. If it's what you & your husband want, it's your decision. My boyfriends nephew & his wife have 6 kiddos, 4 boys, 2 girls. She would of had more but Dr said no. They were going to adopt, that could be still in the works. Oldest girl just married a year ago. Such a sweet happy family & Sherry is so laid back & calm.
Hope all goes well, baby girl would be wonderful.....but a healthy baby (girl) is all you can pray for.....lol

I have three kids. Two in high school, one is graduation this year and a kindergartener. People don't usually comment about the amount of kids I have but I do get occasional comments about the gender. I have 3 boys.
It's crazy to me what people say.
Lots of prayers for a little healthy girl! I have 4 kids, 3girls and the last was a boy. I wanted 2 and tried to get my tubes tied but doc said I had to be 26 or have 3 kids. Got pregnant with 3rd at 26 and then he said I’d have it natural, heal for 6weeks then come back and get tubes tied. That was too much time off work so I chose not to. But my 3rd was emergency c-section so my 4th was scheduled and had tubes done then!!! I’m glad doc told me no, I love my big family!!!
