Great review as always, thank you. Building this kit is fun considering this is not Bandai Gunpla. I give it a 95%. Tones of accessories. Battery is a bit difficult to buy outside of China. One negative is the shoulder pad which stick out much more than the movie design. I did a small craft by shortening the connecting piece between shoulder and the pad.
That Prying Tool will be a Plastic Model Builders' best friend. It can pry open mistakenly assembled Snap fit kit with the least chance of damaging the kit compared to using Exacto Knife instead.
@@raimee81 I would love to see some modded works of the shoulders being either brought in or shaved off to look more like deltoid muscles. I'm kind of stunned Eastern Model was so inattentive to this part of the design; Endgame kind of made the transition away from pauldron armor very obvious.
I did have the spring in. It came out when I took the part off to show you guys. Whether the spring was in or not the part should be able to press the button, the spring just makes it so the part pops back up again
Hey man I always watch your videos and help me pick alot of kits but for this one I can't find the batteries for the life of me for this kit. I bought it and never got the batteries and the shop i bought it from dont have them either. Any chance you can post a link for them? lol I just want to see iron man light up :(
Hey great video but i was wondering a few things about the morstorm kits as i have pre-ordered the mk 50. Are the pieces fully painted when you get them ? Also how difficult is it to assemble? As i have never assembled a model kit before and dont want to ruin it.
I hope they complete the main armors in the movies: Mark III (Iron Man) Mark VI (Iron Man 2) Mark VII (The Avengers) Mark XLII (Iron Man 3) Mark XLV (Age of Ultron) Mark XLVI (Civil War) Mark XLVII (Homecoming) Mark L (Infinity War) Mark LXXXV (Endgame)
A bit of a shame that this model kit went out of stock in USA Gundam Store within a day or two of its announcement into the store. It's also a shame USAGS didn't manage to get ahold of the Deluxe version of this Iron Man kit which also included an extra plasma arm cannon but as far as I can tell that one had an extremely limited production run.
Only a few hundred pieces I think. It is more than double the price. But, die-cast joints and fully candy coated red parts. Couldn't get a hold on one myself.
I'd love to see them do a War Machine.
Same
But they are tho but the one there doing is from avengers infinity war
these Morstorm kits would look really good with those turbodork colorshift paints on them. I might have to pick one up just as an excuse to use them

I find the build of this kit quite fun. It's a good pickup for anyone who likes the design.
Really disappointed by the shoulder parts looking more like pauldrons. They stick out too much instead conforming to the actual deltoids.
Modding mine to bring them in as we speak.

Some of the proportions in general bug me about this suit. Hips are set too wide, thighs seem a little too short as compared to the calves etc.
Exactly. Worse part of this and kinda ruins the organic aesthetic of the mark 85 suit
ruclips.net/video/JAECEoZLmwU/видео.html go to 2:10. She modded the shoulder in few cuts
i believe the led inside your plasma gun didnt work because it was supposed to have a spring there, try checking the manual again
Yeah he is missing the spring haha

Hello im wondering if you can help me. How to install the batteries on the booster. :'(
I didnt have any problems with the cannon/gun LEDs
Can you do a size comparison?
How do you turn off the hand lights?
Have you watched Avengers Infinity War? There's a moment in the beginning of the movie with Iron Man that vaguely reminds me of the Nu Gundam.
The micro 🛡️ ?
Ah the fin funnels that pop out of his back, I remember that

What's the scale/height of the figure?
May I ask where to get them?
Where can I buy this?
Pls make a review on iron Man mk 50
Sorry I missed the price and how I can get this
I like the mk50 from infinity war better than this and I'd put mk 46 in my list compared to both. Glad Eastern Model released MK 46 :)

@@rviejohn they announced mk v, mk vii, mk xlii, mk xliii, i believe both in this year. and the rest on your list all released. pray for your wallet.
How Many it cost?
🖐 this many
Still don't get why the rescue cost the same as this one
Coz they know that only very few people will buy it, they have to squeeze out the milk as much as possible.
this looks like the sh figure arts without paint and only bare plastic with led

We arranged to get these kits after the deluxe version was already a distant memory. We got as many as we could 🤷♂️
It only cost $48 USD on Chinese Taobao.
Oops never mind I was just born today
Really awesome kit, but those shoulders look really bad. Way too bulky.
The shoulder pads are too big :(
