After that, I found the ways that are going to download the NVIDIA graphics driver and install it and run, after running this program the Nvidia control panel will show out.

Hi, not sure what happened. Ur video I watched concerning updating Nvidia manually is not showing up on my History pg. So I'll just thank you here. Strangely, the update did not go all the way... the installation failed somewhere in the process, but... the game that was not working for months suddenly started working again. :D Maybe it was the Geforce experience or something else that was hindering the game. All I know is, when I was installing this update, it was removing Geforce Experience and who knows what else before it failed to install fully. Hope this won't bring up other problems. I check if the driver is up to date, so far it says yes. :)

I don't have the NVIDIA Telemetry Service. Instead, I see "NVIDIA LocalSystem Container Properties (Local Computer)".
You can start the service then see in right click it is showing settings or not definitely it will show
