Your Mexican husband says I lucked out my wife loves ALL things Mexican ! She’s never a hater or sassy about Mexico or Mexican culture she LOVES IT !!!
Looks yummy. Toasting the pasta is such a good tip to keep the noodles from becoming mushy. I recommend switching to lard, butter, coconut oil, and/or olive oil. Canola and other seed oils are toxic (oxidate = free radicals = carcinogenic and inflammatory) at high heat, and they are pressed using high heat so no safe way to use them, along with unsafe chemical additives used in processing.
A TIP MY MOM GAVE ME WHEN MAKING “SOPITA” IS TO ADD A COUPLE SPRIGS OF YERBA BUENA (MINT) ONCE IT STARTS TO BOIL. IT WILL MAKE YOU FEEL BETTER IN NO TIME. BLESSINGS 🙏🏼😊
I live in Michigan near Norton shore it was so warm today. I have always wanted to live in Michigan seems like a beautiful simple life that i long for with such a beautiful community.

My friend I told her what I want to do when I get my house. Inthe center of the house I going to put a Bible that been blessed by my pastor. Because the foundation of my life is God first. She did it and just loved it. Blessing to all. Praying for your family.

Gracias.. Éxitos..
My husband built me a replica of our house out of cardboard. He built it to scale and then I knew what it would look like. He put all my windows in it. We are Americans who built our home in Belize.
Sending prayers for abbey and Anabell 🙏. Congratulations on your new home 🏠 from Richmond,California I love watching you and your beautiful family and Rancho .
Congratulations of your goal to build a home in Mexico! I also agree this a big blessing for all of you. I also agree it would be very important to add the ancestral artifacts in your home. A homage to your husband's family joining your family. I also made sopa de conchas for my family. I now make it for my grandchildren. I hope the girls feel better soon.
When we remodeled the ranch we used all the old mesquite doors and turned them into a rustic table, shelves, coat racks, benches; I get compliments all the time and they make for good conversation pieces.... everything was repurposed. At the moment I'm Working on a bar made from the wood plank my uncle would always sleep on while watching the cows.

God is awesome !!!!!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ love animals so much !!!!!!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I don't often get to catch one of your videos. The ones I've seen have absolutely loved. I thought you already had a home there and that's where I see you cooking in the videos and sometimes you get up early in the morning before the kids and you're talking in the camera. Who's home is that? I thought you already had a home? But I am excited that you're building a home that is very exciting and I'm very happy for you
Watching ya'll from Holland, MI 😊 The weather is great now. It's 71° today.( 10-4-24) It will be in the mid 60's next week. Love your videos! Beautiful Family ❤❤
May your girls heal soon god bless you all! How exciting on building your new home many blessings! Thank you for sharing your cooking always looking so good. ❤ have a blessed weekend🙏🏼
I’m late to watching this one lol but I’ve enjoyed watching your videos. Your space might look small on camera but your husband said 12 meters which is like 39 40 feet. That’s almost 1600 sq feet 🤔 I think. That’s a good size !!! And you still have upstairs. Can’t wait to see the finished house. Love your videos but mostly how you say tacos and rancho. Love it lol😂
Congratulations! I’m sure you’ll have fun coming up with design ideas combined with practical considerations. Having built a home in Mexico over the last 10 years (the Mexican way, poco a poco, living in a small space initially while gradually adding on), I would strongly recommend at least 2 bathrooms for your family. They aren’t nearly as expensive to install in Mexico as I imagine they would be in the US. And someone else mentioned a terrace - I imagine they mean a rooftop terrace, which I also recommend 100%. I love spending time on our upper terrace and looking at the beautiful surrounding landscape. It’s partially covered, which provides shade and protection from rain. We also have a large covered outdoor patio where we often eat, especially with larger gatherings. We also spend a lot of time just hanging out on the patio, my husband playing guitar, singing, having a fogata (fire) in the moveable fire pit made from a rim of a truck wheel. Medium sized, not huge. My husband welded handles onto it making it easy to move. I wish I could send you photos, Erin, because I think you’d love it.
Make a "Caldo de Pollo" with vegetables for the kids. That's the best thing to eat when someone is feeling sick. I love your videos 😊❤
You have understood life. Family, a nice day, the everyday small things, good food, peace, a walk, is what really matters in life and you know and live it. Thanks for sharing it with the world.
It’s cold in northwest indiana I travel to Michigan frequently weather definitely changing we are currently in the brisk of fall high today was 68 cloudy
I'm seeing the part of your video when you explain that you can't imagine the spaces of your house so well... let me tell yo my house is 7 mt X 16 mt . . And I have a family of 5 persons (me and my housband and 3 kids) and in that space I have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, living room and dinner room together and my yard and 2 cars garage.... so your space of land is tooooooooo big and perfect foy you! ❤
I used powerpoint to design my kitchen. Took photos of my kitchen, then snipped flooring out of a photo and I basically layed it down, did the same with cabinets and it all came together. I find it easy to crop, smudge, and adjust images, even overlaying is easy in powerpoint.
walking with the family, the most memorable thing the kids will never forget that a wonderful childhood memories great job, mom and dad mission accomplished job well done
Wow This is living. We’re almost at retirement age and wanna buy a house there but our children and of course their families are here in Texas so it’s not that easy Awesome video
I live in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. We have had warm/hot weather all summer. Today is 80*. Tomorrow should be in the 60's for the first time in weeks.
I thought you were going to build your new house on newly bought land outside the rancho. I recall Lalo voicing concerns regarding inheritance down the road. Glad it worked out and that you are not moving out of the rancho. Best wishes on the new casita! Oh by the way, you have the Mexican cooking down!!
This is a perfect idea, staying on the ranch to build your new home. 🏠Where your husband’s family has lived before you. You and your husband and kids can continue living there for many more generations! Congratulations to you and your beautiful family.🙏🏼 I look forward to following your journey 🌺❤❤❤

Buying a cement mix is a good investment.
Greetings from Wyoming USA. Dogs love carrots and it is good for them. You should give them some of the scraps you give to your ducks :)
My dog Marley, a Pitt Bull refuses to eat carrots, she doesn't like them at all.
Your soup looked delicious! I add celery and calabaza too! So good.
