Thank you so much. I finally able to connect. Other tutorials never mentioned about the first step, turning off for five minutes. Turn on and reset the Wi-Fi. Wow it makes a big difference. ❤

Hello there friend, thanks for the effort. I have had nothing but bad experiences with HP. Nothing you have suggested here, works on my end. The app can't capture the printer. I have used a printer cable and was able to print that way, but I really would like to print via wifi.

and here is yet another issue, why can't I just add the printer by using its IP address? And if that is a possibility, where how can I find the IP address for my HP Smart Tank 5101 printer. It is hidden well.
