01:46 The company ABC Limited suffered continuous losses from 2014 to 2017.
03:36 The consultancy found that the company's balance sheet showed overvalued assets, debit balance in the profit and loss account, and accumulated losses.
05:13 Accounts are manipulated with window dressing and overvalued assets.
06:41 The company has manipulated accounts and has a faulty financial structure.
08:25 Internal reconstruction is a process to reorganize the structure and affairs of a company.
10:11 Reduce liabilities by altering share capital and negotiating with third parties.
11:45 Internal reconstruction is a process to bring a loss-making company back on track.
