Nelson - What a treat! Miss Rhyncholaeliocattleya Hibrida must join my tribe!! I can’t find her on the website so I’m gonna contact them. I love-love-love your videos. Please keep them coming. ❤
This is Julianna. Oh you silly goose. I go to Ecuagenera often....being I am local. I'm wanting to feast my eyes for a mere 2 min.....on the S. Florida aroids. The prices are crazy good (ex. your recent acquisition...Mickey Mouse) and many things we don't have up here in mature form. Good try Nelson...try, try again. Ha! It's only a matter of time that orchid peeps will get into aroids. Note: The interview with Julian made me laugh.....telling us all the little details of what?....AROIDS! For those of you who don't get to meet the dynamic duo in person....you should know this. Kindness exudes from those two. They really are a class act. As always....Keep It Green.... Goose. :)
Hi Julianna! I knew you would get a hoot out of that. That’s why Teresita warned you, be careful what you wish for. Lol! Ecuagenera has an amazing selection of Aroids. I do cover aroids here and there when the moment arises. I have some new ones I picked up. Wait till you see the haul. 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
Wow, awesome haul! So many beautiful orchids. I can grow them butLord help any other green plant. I have out grown my small greenhouse and have moved to the screened area by the pool. Thankfully my sister enjoys the flowers. Thanks for sharing.
I know. It gets out of control once you commit to the plant world. My plants are growing into each other. But I just keep buying as if I had dozens of greenhouses. Lol! The real haul is coming up very soon.
Very cool will have to stop there next time. You will be shocked to know I have that one blue one 😂lol Cattlianthe Chloris Coerulea I love mine. Can’t wait to see your haul 🤗
Hi Nelson, Hi Teresita!! After watching your videos on Krull-Smith and Ecuagenera I’m planning driving over from SW for the Krull-Smith spring sale. I may have to find Ecuagenera too!! Such a great video. I love all your videos. Thank you.
You’ll not regret the drive at all. Trust me when I say that once you are there it’s all surreal. You instantly forget the drive. This is my third year and I can’t wait already for the Spring Fest.
I love their selection of Cattleyas Nelson😊🤲💖I would love to spend a day there🥰Speaking of Ecuador, I just bought a cattleya iricolor. Have you heard of it Nelson? It is said to have the most fragrance of any Cattleya, and I can't wait for mine to bloom. I enjoyed watching. It was a Sunday treat for me🥰🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
You got a gorgeous orchid. I believe its a full bloomer. It blooms all its flowers at once at the same time, giving you a show. Ecuagenera has them for $30. I may pick one up next time if I remember. That’s a very cool one to add in a collection. And not your typical cattleya at all.
Awesome video as usual. I enjoyed every minute. Happy growing and shopping. Love and blessings. Are you visiting Orchids N Bloom? Look forward to seeing the video.
Thank you! We did do allot of shopping. I did not go to Orchids In Bloom. I decided to go out exploring the area as well as the adjacent cities like Mount Dora. When I go to Krull-Smith is allot of events so I’m limited on time. I have just enough time for one other place. So I chose Ecuagenera. It was wonderful. I really was happy I went there.
Hi Vicky and Sergio! How are you? Ecuagenera family are wonderful. This is my 3rd visit there and it keeps getting better and better. Their plans to expand are grandeur. 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
Oh no, you didn’t more orchids 😂lol lol , Nelson please please help me I don’t know what I’m doing wrong keep getting orchids can do dendrobium‘s black spots everywhere. And the rest of them are not blooming. I am ready to give it up.ooooo Venda growing and blooming like crazy😊thanks ❤
I wouldn’t know what the issue is unless I have plant at hand. Spots can be many things. Sunburn, overwatering, virus, chemical burn. It can be many things. Try mounting you Dendrobiums as I always suggest. Have you tried that yet? I tell my viewers mounting is a great way of bringing back your orchids. It works most of the time.
Nelson la flor del arbol q t decia la señora aca en la amazonia del Ecuador se lo conoce como cruz caspi es hermoso, a ti si t funcionaria en junto a tus arboles, estuve tratando d ajuntar la imagen pero no pude 😂
Ecuagenera Europe took over one of the Orchid nurseries here in Germany, a few years ago. The only thing that remained from the former nursery are the "orchi packs", which consist of 3 - 4 seedlings in a flask. The variety of plants Ecuagenera has added is quite interesting. A little out of my league though, as far as prizes go :/ Btw, on butchering names - took me years to realize that it's "Anthurium", with an N, and not "Arthurium" - I had three Arthur's in my class at one point in school... I blame it on them, lol. Now if only I could manage to keep anthuriums alive for longer than a few weeks, lol. I'm quite good with piece lilies though. Had one for 5 years and last year she had 8 flowers at the same time. I gave her away earlier this year.
Hi there! I’m still trying out different Anthuriums and other aroids. Some do well, others melt away. It’s a constant process. But that how we learn to grow them. I did not know Ecuagenera had a place in Germany. Wow! They are really expanding.
I was really glad when you looked at the yellow and red Catleya because you looked at 3 purple in a row 😂😂😂. I have your back Nelson.😊
Lol!!!! I’m gonna get purple ptsd. Lol! On top of the fact the purple is one of the most common colors in orchids.
Nelson - What a treat! Miss Rhyncholaeliocattleya Hibrida must join my tribe!! I can’t find her on the website so I’m gonna contact them. I love-love-love your videos. Please keep them coming. ❤
They had plenty in the orchid house. It’s a beauty.
I'm so happy you took me with the three of you! ❤❤❤😊 This is the first time I see you purchased more orchids than Teresita!! Good boy!
Happy you joined us. This place was amazing. It’s so huge. So much to see and not enough time I’m one day. It I did bring back some great stuff. 🤩

You will love it. It’s so worth it. If you are into aroids, this place will give you whiplash.
Thanks Nelson for sharing. Always exciting to see your videos. Certainly glad they are in the US now. Now to get a new haul list started 😉
I will be releasing the new haul soon. It’s a biggie! Get your pen a paper ready. 🤩
Hello Nelson, Ecuagenera was a good option, thank you for your recommendation, greetings to the happy girl (Tere)💚
I loved my visit there. I can’t wait to go back. I really loved their choices in plants.
Wow ❤❤❤ that tour was amazing!!!!!
Thank you! I really loved this place. It had so much to look at. Not enough time in a day.
I’ll have to go. Awesome video. Hopefully you had time for Krull Smith and Mt Dora.
I was at Krull Smith all weekend. There are 2 videos on it. One is of the vendors, and the other one is Krull-Smith’s unveiling of the new showroom.
I wonder what cuttlaya Terisita took🤔
😮bellas todas esas orquídeas 😍👍

Nel thanks for the orchid nursery visit. What is up with the leaves? Lots of discoloration.
There were some temperature drops. That’s what happens when growing in screened houses. Nothing that calcium will bring it back to green.

Ya recibí tus fotos. Un million de gracias. O tenía idea cómo era la flor. Es muy linda. Algún día la tendré en mi paraíso. 🙏🏼
please give us the name for all the cattleya you have shown us, thanks

Maria cleansing her orchid leaves with alcohol and dawn..is that diluted alcohol?
I believe she does not dilute.
