My only question is - why don't you apply clear PPF to the new lenses after replacement to ensure they stay clear for years to come?

It is a service we will be looking to add in the future. Most of the lights we work on are sent in. Its much easier to PPF when the light is on the vehicle.

Good morning. I have to open the headlights of a 2018 Toyota Yaris, which have an electronic board inside. Butyl sealant. What is the maximum temperature I can try to open the headlights without damaging the electronic board? 80° Celsius for 10 minutes got nothing: they don't come unstuck. Have you ever worked on lighthouses of this type before? The electronic board is inside a small metal box, inside the lighthouse and cannot be removed without opening it. I need a suggestion, thank you very much. John.

We bake at 121 C for 30 mins at a time without any issues to electronics. No need to worry.
