I'm a constitutionalist and a conservative. I've been hammering on the obligations of the oath for decades. Every state should keep Trump off the ballot.
All we need is for just one of the judges presiding over his many trials to order him taken into custody pending his trial, as the danger to the community and threat to national security he is, based on his violation of his terms of release.
We then need to acknowledge that the US Constitution, section 3, has already disqualified him for his involvement in an insurrection against the United States.
This is only a problem because we are refusing to see the clear solution right in front of us.

I would like to see someone ask Trump how he hopes to win the 2024 election if, in his view, the vice president gets to decide exactly that.
The question "will you try to become a dictator?" is EXACTLY like last time when we asked him "will you accept the results of the election if you lose?". He avoids answering directly and leaves wiggle room because he can't directly say what he will do, even though everybody knows the answer.
