Thank you for your words in the middle of the video “you’re worth it”, it caught me off guard and it really helps to listen to this while I’m going through tough times I’m having, mostly about self doubt.
Thanks Jesse, love ya
Hey @kaka_5002 ! The struggle with self-doubt is so brutal-keep at itl, you ARE worth it. I don't know if your "kaka" handle is what it sounds like, but if so things like calling yourself something positive seem tiny but often have huge psychological results. Maybe love yourself a little and change it somehow? Might be off track--sorry if so. Just sending you some support. Best o' luck! 🍀🦭🐣🐦🍄🌟🌀🎇

bro, I started running two months ago and then out of nowhere jesse posts he’s doing a 30 day running challenge. that fired me up, today I just did 16 miles for the first time.
it’s not the first and it won’t be the last time jesse motivates me for something. THANK YOU JESSE AND STAY RELENTLESS
Nice
Fabulous
sheesh 16 miles in 2 months of running is seriously impressive wtf
16 miles only 2 months after starting is incredible. Great work bro
@@lucasmarzano7852 thank you bro, the journey has just begun 🤝🏼
Bro you’re the reason why me and so many others started working out. You’ve changed so many people’s physical and mental heath. We love you bro 💪😎❤️
Keep it up man!! love u bro
As someone who is 7 weeks into my workout program specifically because of your amazing vibes, I can FULLY attest!
this is for real Jesse!! I love you so much
I keep pushing every single day for many reasons and 1 is because of you, you make me feel more motivaded!!
Thank you always ❤❤
This video was inspirational. Day 29 when you took some time to check on your viewers and lift us up, stuff like that never registered with me in the past, but I’ve been going through it lately and that message meant a lot to me. I just got back into running and I couldn’t have found a better video to help push me through this chapter and journey of my life. Thank you so much Jesse, Godspeed
Have never watched any of your videos, my dude. Have heard your name, but have never dived deeper. I'm glad I saw this. I just crushed a 5.25 mile run on my lunch break and hit a few PRs. Your energy and your positivity is infectious. Looking forward to following along and seeing what's next. Cheers, Jesse!
I just ran a 3:57 marathon on 7 weeks of training... the fact you did it in 30 days is simultaneously depressing and motivating
Steroids are magical dude
Bro is probably on some sort of PEDs + has been running for longer than 30 days. Its just his prep was 30 days
thats much more healthy
yeah you can't compare yourself G, be proud of your time, I aint ever ran a marathon
3:57h is super impressive, well done man!
i’m in the military and with everything going on in the world and in my own personal life being extremely hard to deal with physically and emotionally, watching someone like you stay positive and “relentless” is inspiring
you got this bro
Damn that’s tough. Yeah politically the world is on very thin ice. And globally. All though a lot of people may deny it. Global warming is being felt and it’s growing and growing
I was in the marine corps for 4 years. Morning PT, field time, and the excessive hours makes building muscle impossible sometimes lol.
Thank you for your service! I salute you!
Keep going bro. Keep pushing
Love the flow and quality to your videos
Your mental fortitude always inspires me

So proud of you Jesse! You've really inspired me with your positive attitude throughout the process and how you achieved this great milestone with consistent, hard work. Incredible. You've made me want to go back to running - no feeling compares to that runner's high. Thanks!
I hadn't watched your channel in a few months but damn am I glad I came back.
This was such a great video. I'm sure most people (myself incuded) are going through tough times these days. The way you take on a challenge and stay positive is inspiring. Keep up the great work Jesse, you deserve everything you've earned and more!
I love the balance your videos have between being serious and being funny. It's filled with education and encouragement but comedic relief. You make me want to jump back into my training plan after I was injured in my last marathon. You got this!
I love how much effort you put into those videos.Keep up this great work. Big Respekt bro
thank u so much man!!
The ending when you said it’s not about finishing the race but about the people at the finish line waiting for you literally made me tear up. Super impressive for doing this Jessie. Great job 🎉
Because of this video, you have earned my follow. I always thought you were a cringy gym bro RUclipsr but doing this video has changed my thoughts about you. Keep killin it brother!
He is cringy and annoying as fuck
As a runner it is nice seeing people from other sports trying it out and realize how hard it is. Just like you running it is to me lifting weights. It is a struggle but we get it done. Understanding the difficulty in sports like body building and running is something that most people do not have. Glad to see that you are making yourself better
Dude, this one got me. When Jesse was running and talking about having no one but yourself to get you through the hardest part of the marathon… loved it. Seriously motivating
I knew you for a long time but this is the first video of yours that I have finished, I was inspired Thanks man!
Brother you made a movie. Very motivational! I love you asked that guy what keep him motivated. Had me asking myself what that is and am going to focus more on that. Make what matters most matter more!
I´ve been an active person for most my life (skating, soccer, etc) but I just started working out seriously about 3 months ago. I´ve been watching your videos for about 2 months and they are so inspirational and just make me want to keep going. Thank you for that!
Love to see people getting out here and giving running a shot. I am a 230 pound guy who primarily runs for exercise (2:20 half, I just like food too much) and it always makes me happy to see someone trying to bring new faces into the scene. As an aside, with your build and skills if you enjoy running you should really look into an OCR or something, I imagine you would enjoy it.
Love this! So inspired dude great stuff
Got me to subscribe! Loved your vibes, determination, and energy!
One of my favourite videos to date!!!
Not about the finish- but the milage and the journey, the Person you become on the way there!!
This made me emotional. I´m changing my life right now losing weight. I started at 92 kg and today I weight in at 85,8 kg. Been working out at the gym for a year now but this May I started to change my eating habbits and thats when the magic started to happen. I ran my first 1 mil (I think it´s 6,2 miles, I´m Swedish so the translation might not be right) last week. It took me 85 minutes and I never stopped for a break. That feeling was amazing and that´s why this video made me so emotional cause the things you say in this video are so true. Thank you Jesse for making the best videos. Always putting a smile on my face and keeping me motivated.
Amazing!
XD
Are you very tall or a man?
@@LeanAndMean44 I'm 162 cm and not a man 😆

Damnnn Jesse really out here doing bigger and crazier videos. Reapect you motivate me to getting better 🤝
I love all your videos, but this was by far my favorite video. I just started hybrid training and it has made me feel so amazing
This was the collab I never knew I needed. I’m a big fan of Nick and the hybrid athlete style. Great job man awesome work.
Been waiting for this video for a while, blows me away how fast you went with only a month of training. I'm in the process of training for a marathon myself, so it's truly inspiring to see other lifters stepping outside their comfort zones. Keep it up bro, you're a huge inspiration
Love seeing you push yourself as always! Much love and respect bro ❤💪
This is amazing. The psychology behind it is great. You challenged yourself more than you ever thought you could by.............. RUNNING. Love it.
man seriously inspiring to me. its really hard to run and I also have a breathing condition so this is pushing me to go above and beyond. also I have been watching you for a very long time and this is the first time I have seen you run.dang bro
I hope you see this Jesse! I have been following your journey for several years now. I am a recovering addict the fitness saved my life. When I hear you say stuff like, "you are worth it" and "we all have those fears", it helps me push through. Being an addict, we are hard on ourselves. We feel less deserving than most, and we feel inadequate at times. When I watch your videos, it puts me in a different mindset!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart bro!
You're worth it! You've done so well recovering from addiction. Genuinely great job! Very uplifting to hear 😀
@@lemonsgalore93 thank you. I truly appreciate you saying that.
Every like this gets, I’ll do 1 mile of running

proud of you for pushing on! you're inspiring me to get into running hehe
You are the best fitness RUclipsr out there ! This video was definitely inspiring especially in this moment in my life. Don’t stop doing what you’re doing!
Hey Jesse your killing it man just watching yourself work hard makes me want to push myself harder to be a better runner and up my mileage every week for my summer training to get to my best shape for the cross country and track season going from 50 miles a week to 75 or 80 miles a week, love your videos man you motivate me to be better in every aspect of life!
As someone that just started running and felt ready to give up after 3 days this was just the video I needed to keep pushing. Thank you brother, you’re the best for doing this
You are so inspiring, I dont even know where I would be without you and your channel! Keep it up!
Superb video bro. Love this!
Let’s go bro! 🔥 This video put me in the feels since I did my first marathon this year too. I’m also hella happy for you that you’re on gymshark now. Used your code for that recent sale 🙏🏽
Also hybrid training in the context of strength and endurance running means you need to cut back significantly on gym volume and listen to your body. Because soreness and overtraining is too easy to achieve if you try to push past the pain.
Yeah definitely, lower back recovery is crucial when lifting weights alone but with hybrid training, it’s much more important.
Don't avoid soreness, don't be dumb, study science and maximize recovery
Or you can hop on TRT like Nick Bare. It makes your recovery at least 2x faster and allows to build muscle and endurance at the same time.
@@ok-zh8pw you know being a hybrid athlete means you won’t ever become the best you possibly can in either discipline 🤣 you’re just doing both at a slightly better pace than being average
@@olegnovitski6987 even on trt you can’t deny his work ethic and discipline. It just means he can handle more volume and perform at an even higher level but that doesn’t mean he doesn’t need to put the work in. TRT does not make you run an ultramarathon lmao 😂
This video was so awesome and so motivating keep it up man ❤️
Man, you always motivate me like nothing else. stay relentless
9:59 long distance running definitely affects your mental. During peak track season this year, all my lifts plateaued, I felt like I was losing muscle, and I was always tired. But it definitely helps you stay disciplined in the long run.
so where was the mental?
No pun intended.....
@@jeremyrisingbecause you feel like your getting weaker and not improving
First I see Austen Alexander post about how important sleep is for your daily life
Now I see you post a video on running.
Simultaneously both videos were posted on days where I realize I need to prioritize my own health more with better sleep, less stress, & more running on top of weight training.
You both got me motivated that you can always improve yourself more mentally & more physically 🔥🤘🏽🤙🏽
This was awesome! Such a great job. You made me want to run a marathon!

it is the first video of you that i see, and Man, I love you brother, thank you for the positivity and the hard work
This is pretty awesome to see. Growing up as a runner all of the things you explained about running and the metaphors are very true!
25:54 on first 3 mile run is pretty absurd
thats average
He was a D1 lacrosse athlete I believe
@@FreeFlocka-pk6hvthat is average for a runner no way he ran that time.
@@Himothy704 Hes in decent shape and also ran it faster than he probably should have so its not unreasonable for him to get that time. Unless he was ppausing his time when he stopped
@RiLNoLimits I lift and run my 3 mile PR is 27:24 seconds. I've been doing it since college and played D1 football.
Appreciate the realness in your content, it's like a dose of authenticity
Well done Jessie! You did it man👏🏾
