Be careful about the claims of adding warmth to your sleeping bag. The thermal liners ratings are misleading.

    Nicely summarised, well done...

I recommend a warmer base layer if temps are your intended gain with a liner. Or another useful layer like a Ultralight wind pant that will act as a vapor barrier. And you can always of course wear your puffy inside your bag or quilt.
Liners so keep your bag cleaner but I just don’t sleep in my hiking layers. Most dont

even hiking layers off, some peeps still have body oils to contend with. I’ve had my bag for over 10 years and personally don’t have this problem and just know some do!

Cotton breathes very well, but no it won’t wick moisture and it retains it.

It's unfortunate that the presenter side stepped the bed bug topic by saying "iffy bedding". I think that travelers should be well informed about the specific benefits of silk for preventing bed bug infiltration/infestation. Both for their own benefit and convenience as well as helping them to not be part of the problem. Traveler accomodations benefit from well informed conscientious travelers, thereby benefitting the travelers as well.

From this video I am interested in the Thermal Synthetic liners. I did a search on your website and could not find any. Can you help me? Links in the description would be nice.

I assume you’ve stumbled across a few - I’ve had my eye on the Sea to Summit Thermolite Reactor Fleece Liner for awhile - it’s pricey though.

Y’all forgot about the world’s best sleeping bag liner ever devised by humans. The mighty yet humble woobie. Sillyvilians.

Had mine sewn up like a bag. All the way across the short side and about 3/4 the way up the longer side. Got a stuff sack for it and carry it as a summer weight sleeping bag. Works great. Glad I kept a couple of them from the Corps.

I've sewn a zipper into mine to make it as a bag, also put a hidden zipper right into the center of the woobie. That way, I can actually wear the liner with the poncho together.
